    摘要: The present application provides a bottom door device and a hopper car, the bottom door device includes a first bottom door and a second bottom door, the first bottom door includes a first door end plate and a first bottom door plate which are fixedly connected, the second bottom door includes a second door end plate and a second bottom door plate which are fixedly connected, and a labyrinth seal is formed between the first bottom door plate and the second bottom door plate. By using a labyrinth seal to replace the overlapping sealing in the prior art, the bottom door device and the hopper car provided by the present application can still meet the sealing requirement on the premise that the two bottom door plates can be closed without complying with any specific order, thereby optimizing the structure of the bottom door device in the prior art.

    摘要: A bottom door opening-closing mechanism includes a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a swing rod, a bottom door opening-closing drive cylinder and a transmission shaft. The swing rod is hinged to the second connecting rod and the piston rod of the bottom door opening-closing drive cylinder. One end of the first connecting rod is hinged to the second connecting rod, and the transmission shaft is connected to the second connecting rod. The cylinder body of the bottom door opening-closing drive cylinder is fixedly connected with a first locking hook, and the swing rod is fixedly connected with a second locking hook which can be caught by the first locking hook. A bottom door device and a drop-bottom hopper car are further provided. In the present invention, the first locking hook and the second locking hook are caught with each other to achieve a secondary locking. Such an arrangement has some advantages such as a simple structure and low manufacture and maintenance costs. Further, a secondary locking may be achieved while closing the bottom door only by controlling the bottom door opening-closing drive cylinder, so that the complexity of the control system is reduced.

    摘要: Disclosed embodiments include a system and a method for determining intracranial pressure (ICP) of a subject that comprises: (a) applying transcranial Doppler (TCD) to determine the middle cerebral artery (MCA) velocity of the subject and estimating changes in the ICP continuously based on a functional mapping that relates arterial blood pressure (ABP) and cerebral blood flow velocity (CBFV) to ICP, resulting in an estimated ICP trend; (b) generating a flash visual evoked potential (FVEP) on the subject, processing a detected FVEP signal and obtaining an estimated ICP; and (c) combining the estimated ICP trend from TCD CBFV and ABP with the estimated ICP obtained by signal processing of the detected FVEP signal to periodically correct the trend and obtain a non-invasive measure of ICP.

    摘要: Highly specific and novel methods for reversible hydrazone solid-phase extraction (rHSPE) are provided for glycan or glycopeptide isolation from proteins, peptides, and other contaminants for glycan and glycopeptide analysis. Glycans or glycopeptides in complex mixtures can be conjugated onto solid support or affinity or chemical tags via reversible hydrazone bond. The conjugation methods of the present invention are chemically specific and provide unique means for the removal of other non-glycan containing molecules in the complex sample before the glycans or glycopeptides are hydrolyzed and recovered for analysis. The hydrazone formation and hydrolysis of the novel methods allows for the analysis of glycans and glycopeptides. The hydrazide coating on the solid-phase surfaces are useful for surface glycan capture and on target glycan analysis. Uses of the information generated by the inventive methods for diagnosis and treatment are also disclosed.
