Abstract: A cleaner includes: a main body housing; a dust collecting housing detachably attached to the main body housing and having an air-intake port; a suction assembly housed in the main body housing and configured to generate a suction force; a first filter unit housed in the dust collecting housing and including a first filter to which air sucked through the air-intake port is supplied and a first support member supporting the first filter; a filter support mechanism configured to fix the first filter unit to the main body housing at a fixed position in a rotation direction when the first filter unit is rotated in a normal rotation direction with respect to the main body housing; and a reverse rotation limiting mechanism configured to restrict the first filter unit from being rotated beyond a limit angle from the fixed position in a reverse rotation direction.

Abstract: An upright vacuum cleaner includes a main-body part (10) having a dust-collection chamber (14) fluidly connected to a motor chamber (13) via a coupling pipe (15). A fan (13f) and a motor (13m) are housed in the motor chamber. A cleaner head (20) is pivotably and fluidly connected to the main-body part and suctions air through a suction opening (23) when a suction force is generated by the fan and the motor in the motor chamber. A straight suction passageway (24) extends through a central portion of the interior of the cleaner head in plan view. One or more batteries (50) is/are disposed within the cleaner head spaced apart (outward) from the suction passageway in the plan view.

The wireless communication unit of the dust collector (10) may communicate with a paired tool wireless-communication device (2b) associated with a tool (2) so that the dust-collection mechanism of the main body 11 is started and stopped in a linked manner with the starting and stopping of the tool (2), thereby improving ease of operation and work efficiency, because the dust collector (10) automatically turns on and off in coordination with operation of the tool (2).

Abstract: A power tool includes a motor, a housing, a battery mounting part, and a battery protection part. The battery mounting part is provided to the housing on an opposite side from a working axis across the motor in an extending direction of a rotation axis of the motor. The battery mounting part is configured such that one end portion of at least one battery is mounted to the battery mounting part and an opposite end portion of the at least one battery in the extending direction of the rotation axis is exposed from the housing. The battery protection part is provided to an outer surface portion of the housing and configured to protect at least one corner region of the opposite end portion of the at least one battery against external force when the one end portion is mounted to the battery mounting part.
