摘要: A head-mounted display comprises: a wearing body; a display; a communication module configured to perform communication connection with a mobile information terminal; a field of view (FOV) sensor configured to output status data used for determining whether the mobile information terminal is included in a user's FOV through the wearing body; and a controller connected to each of the display, the communication module, and the FOV detection sensor. The controller determines whether the mobile information terminal is included in the user's FOV based on the status data, and performs display control with respect to the display so as to display an application screen of the mobile information terminal on the display when determining that the mobile information terminal is not included in the FOV, and not to display the application screen on the display when determining that the mobile information terminal is included in the FOV.

The first-type devices and the second-type devices measure a full solid angle, and are arranged on the base body such that a device closest to each of the first-type devices in an orientation space is at least one of the second-type devices, and a device closest to each of the second-type devices in the orientation space is at least one of the first-type devices.

摘要: A broadcast receiving apparatus includes: a digital broadcast receiver configured to receive digital broadcasting in which contents are transmitted; a network transceiver configured to execute network communication; a data string converter configured to perform a mixing process for creating a new coded data string based on a coded data string of the received contents and a coded data string acquired by the network transceiver; a digital interface configured to output the contents to external equipment; and a controller configured to determine a state of the network communication of the external equipment. The state of the network communication of the external equipment includes a first state in which the network communication is in a communicable state and a second state in which the network communication is in an uncommunicable state. In accordance with the determined state of the network communication, the digital interface performs three types of output operations.

摘要: A portable information terminal includes a controller configured to control a communication interface to transmit a charging permission response to a broadcast receiving apparatus in response to a charging permission request data transmitted when a broadcasting program that a user of the broadcast receiving apparatus desires to view contains an asset that requires charging. The charging permission response is allowed to be transmitted when positional information indicates that the portable information terminal is positioned inside of a predetermined positional range and apparatus identification information in the charging permission request data, by which the broadcast receiving apparatus is allowed to be identified, coincides with apparatus identification information stored in a memory. The controller controls the communication interface to transmit a charging denial response to the broadcast receiving apparatus when the positional information indicates that the portable information terminal is positioned outside of the predetermined positional range.
