摘要: Provided is a vehicle front structure capable of, without breaking a lid provided at a thermal insulating cover, reliably closing a bonnet and the lid even if an attempt is made to close the bonnet prior to closing the lid. In the present invention, a thermal insulating cover 10 including a lid 30 that covers the upper side of an engine in an openable and closable manner is provided below a bonnet 1 that covers the upper side of an engine room in an openable and closable manner; the lid 30 is provided with, in the vehicle front-rear direction, a hinge fulcrum 36 on the same rear end side as a hinge fulcrum 4 of the bonnet 1 and is openable and closable independently of the bonnet 1; and the lid 30 includes locking means 40 that is locked to the bonnet 1 when the lid 30 is open and is released from the locking in conjunction with a closing operation of the bonnet 1.

摘要: A heat insulating structure of an internal combustion engine (engine 1) includes a cylinder-head-side heat insulating cover (30) and a cylinder-block-side heat insulating cover (40). Each of the first side walls (32) of the cylinder-head-side heat insulating cover (30) is disposed outwardly of, and is spaced apart from, a corresponding one of the second side walls (43) of the cylinder-block-side heat insulating cover (40) in the width direction of the vehicle. The lower edge of each of the first side walls (32) is positioned below the upper edge of the corresponding one of the second side walls (43) to overlap with the corresponding one of the second side walls (43) when viewed from the side of the vehicle.

摘要: A heat insulating cover (cylinder-head-side heat insulating cover (30)) includes a top wall (31) and first side walls (32). The top wall (31) covers a top surface of an engine (1) that is a surface of an upper portion of the engine (1). The first side walls (32) cover respective upper portions of both side surfaces of the engine (1) in a vehicle width direction. A portion of the heat insulating cover closer to the rear of the vehicle is provided with a hinge mechanism (36) vertically rotatably supporting the upper portion of the heat insulating cover including the top wall (31). The upper portion of the heat insulating cover can be rotated, with the hinge mechanism (36) as a fulcrum, between a closed position where the engine (1) is shielded and an open position where the engine (1) is visible.

摘要: A vehicle includes an engine, an engine cover, and a cross component. The engine cover has a through-hole through which the cross component passes. The cross component is a flexible hose or a flexible pipe in which a body part extending in a cross direction is integrated with a diameter enlarged part having a diameter larger than the body part. The outer peripheral part of the diameter enlarged part makes close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the through-hole of the engine cover.
