As a result, the end portion of the screw shaft (27) on the downstream side (B) in the raw material supplying direction is prevented from being exposed to the bed material which is a component of the fluidized bed (4), and abrasion of the front end portion of the screw can be suppressed.

    摘要: A gasification furnace (110) of a circulation fluidized bed-type gasification furnace (100) forms a fluid medium into a fluid bed, and produces gasified gas by gasifying an input gasification raw material using heat from the fluid medium. A combustion furnace (102) heats the fluid medium output from the gasification furnace.A flow rate adjuster (106) distributes the fluid medium heated in the combustion furnace to the gasification furnace and a buffer section (112). In this manner, irrespective of the flow rate of the fluid medium in the entire circulation fluidized bed-type gasification furnace (100), the buffer section (112) enables the fluid medium to bypass to the combustion furnace. As a result, the flow rate of the fluid medium in the gasification furnace (110) can be maintained at a desired flow rate.

    摘要: A circulating fluidized bed gasification furnace has a combustion furnace 1, a cyclone collector 4 to which a combustion exhaust gas 3 from the combustion furnace 1 is introduced to collect a circulating medium 5, a fluidized bed gasification furnace 8 for formation of a fluidized bed 10 by introducing the circulating medium 5 collected in the cyclone collector 4 through a downcomer 7 and by supplying a gasification agent 9 from below and for gasification of a raw material 12 by supplying the same to a freeboard 11, and a circulation flow passage 14 for return of the circulating medium and unreacted char not gasified in the gasification furnace 8 to the combustion furnace 1. The downcomer 7 connected to the collector 4 has a lower end connected through a sealer 18 to the freeboard 11 in the gasification furnace 8. A raw material supply unit 20 is arranged to supply the raw material 12 to the circulating medium 5 between the sealer 18 and the freeboard 11.

    摘要: A fluidized bed gasification system is provided in which bed material and raw material are passed throughout a fluidized bed gasification furnace so that raw material is gasified with higher gasification efficiency to improve gasification productivity. A heat-resistant partition 32 for regulation of bed material flow is arranged between positions I and II of a downcomer 12 of a separator 8 and of a supply flow passage 25 in plane of a fluidized bed gasification furnace 2. As a result, the bed material introduced via the downcomer 12 is directed to a supply flow passage 25 through a circuitous flow passage 33 throughout the fluidized bed gasification furnace 2 defined by the heat-resistant partition 32.
