The central support point (24) of the bending unit (20) and the fourth support point (32) of the reverse bending unit (22) are embodied so that they can be moved and are controlled in their advancing in relation to the spring band steel (10) by means of a numerical control unit (20) in accordance with predetermined programs (FIG. 1).

The flat blade so treated is subsequently separated from the spring band, combined with a rubber-elastic wiping strip, and provided with a connecting device for a wiper arm.

The NMR spectrometer is configured as a low-field NMR spectrometer (8) with a permanent magnet system (9) for generating a B0 field of the NMR spectrometer. The low-field NMR spectrometer (8) comprises a shim system (10) with which homogeneity of the B0 field of at least 0.5 ppm can be achieved in a right circular cylindrical sample volume (27) having a diameter of at least 5 mm and a length of at least 15 mm. The system permits the quantitative and qualitative chemical analysis of samples containing substances of different molecular size using a less expensive apparatus.

The device includes a clamping arm which carries a tension roller on one end thereof and is rotatably mounted in a housing at the other end thereof via a shaft connected thereto in a rotationally fixed manner, and is elastically supported on the housing by a torsion spring. A free end of the shaft is connected to a friction disk in a rotationally fixed manner, and a friction lining is arranged between the friction disk and an axial abutment surface of the housing. The invention reduces the friction lining wear and increases the damping capacity thereof. To accomplish this, a separate friction disk (7″″) is connected to a separate friction lining (8″″) in a positively locked manner without play, and the separate friction lining ((8″″) is in frictional contact with the axial abutment surface (10) of the housing (1).
