Provided is a compound which is useful as an active ingredient for a pharmaceutical having a PKCθ inhibition activity, particularly a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting acute rejection occurring in transplantation. The present inventors have conducted extensive studies on a compound having a PKCθ inhibition activity, and as a result, they have found that a compound having a structure such as aralkyl and the like on an amino group at the 2-position and also having a structure such as an adamantylalkyl group and the like on an amino group at the 4-position of 2,4-diaminopyrimidine, or a salt thereof has an excellent PKCθ inhibition activity, thereby completing the present invention. The 2,4-diaminopyrimidine compound of the present invention can be used as a PKCθ inhibitor or an inhibitor of acute rejection occurring in transplantation.

The present invention has been achieved reflecting such situation, and its object is to provide a manufacturing method of a semiconductor device capable of continuously performing the mounting process which applies a so-called DBG process and a flip chip bonding method, and can contribute to simplify the manufacturing process and to improve the reliability with no void in the product. The manufacturing method of a semiconductor device according to the present invention comprises: laminating a surface protective sheet to a circuit surface side of a wafer formed with grooves which divide each circuit wherein an adhesive film is adhered on the circuit surface of the wafer; reducing the thickness of the wafer and finally dividing the wafer into individual chips by grinding a back face of the wafer; picking up individual chips together with the adhesive film; die-bonding said individual chip to predetermined position of a chip mounting substrate via said adhesive film; fixing the chip to the chip mounting substrate by heating the die-bonded chip having the adhesive film; and applying a static pressure larger than an ambient pressure by 0.05 MPa or more to a stacked body including the adhesive film one or more times, at any point between adhering the wafer to the adhesive film and fixing the chip to the chip mounting substrate.

In a liquid dispensing apparatus comprising a dispensing probe for sipping and injecting a liquid sample and a dispensing controller for operating the dispensing probe to ascend, descend and rotate, the liquid dispensing apparatus includes a sample moving device for moving a rack holding the liquid sample, a light beam generator, a photosensor for receiving a light beam reflected from a surface of the liquid sample, a computing unit for computing a liquid surface level based on an output signal from the photosensor, and a controller for controlling operations of those components in a supervising way and processing information necessary for the operations. With the liquid dispensing apparatus, precise information of the liquid surface level can be obtained before the start of the dispensing operation.
