    摘要: A digital servo system for a rotating member which detects a difference between phases of a reference signal and a signal representing the rotation phase of the rotating member thereby to control its rotation in accordance with the phase difference. Comparison is made by a digital rotation phase comparator between points of time at which first and second predetermined counts are made by a clock pulse counter which is cleared for each period of the reference signal and a point of time at which the rotation phase information signal of the rotating member is produced. When the rotation phase signal appears during an interval between the first and second counts, a latch signal is generated in synchronization with the rotation phase signal to cause an instantaneous count between the first and second counts of the counter to be loaded into a latch circuit. A pulse width modulator generates a pulse train whose width corresponds to the latched count; and the rotation of the rotation member is controlled in accordance with a DC output voltage level of a driving circuit which corresponds to the pulse width of the pulse width modulated signal.

    摘要: There is provided a high-sensitivity organic semiconductor radiation/light sensor and a radiation/light detector which can detect rays in real time. In the high-sensitivity organic semiconductor radiation/light sensor, a signal amplification wire 2 is embedded in an organic semiconductor 1. Carriers created by passage of radiation or light are avalanche-amplified by a high electric field generated near the signal amplification wire 2 by means of applying a high voltage to the signal amplification wire 2, thus dramatically improving detection efficiency of rays. Hence, even rays exhibiting low energy loss capability can be detected in real time with high sensitivity.

The storage device also includes a second storage unit that stores the instruction received from the processing device; a counter that counts the number of pieces of data stored in the first storage unit; and a control unit that transmits the data stored in the first storage unit to the processing device based on a count value of the counter and, when the data read upon the instruction is stored in the first storage unit, writes identification information indicating that storing data has been completed in the second storage unit and, based on the identification information, transmits the data stored in the first storage unit to the processing device.

    摘要: There is provided a high-sensitivity organic semiconductor radiation/light sensor and a radiation/light detector which can detect rays in real time.     摘要: Digital servo apparatus includes a counter adapted to count inputted reference clock pulses to display time data. The output of the counter is latched by a first tacho pulse (controlled signal) to a first latch circuit and the contents of the first latch circuit is transferred by a second tacho pulse to the second latch circuit and the present count data of the counter is latched to the first latch circuit. A discrimination circuit is adapted to discriminate whether or not a control signal is within a predetermined control amount, based on time difference data latched to the first and second latch circuits, and deliver an output signal corresponding to a predetermined control amount based on the result of discrimination.

    摘要: A coloring matter absorbing a near-infrared ray which comprises a diimonium salt containing a sulfonimide as an anion moiety, represented by the general formula (1): wherein R may be the same or different and represents a moiety selected from the group consisting of an alkyl group, a halogenated alkyl group, a cyanoalkyl group, an aryl group, a hydroxyl group, a phenyl group, and a phenylalkylene group, and R1 and R2 may be the same or different and each represent a fluoroalkyl group, or together form a fluoroalkylene group. The coloring matter absorbing a near-infrared ray is excellent in the resistance to heat and moisture, and thus exhibits an ability of absorbing a near-infrared ray not lowering for a long period of time. A filter for cutting off a near-infrared ray manufactured by using the coloring matter can be advantageously used for wide applications such as a plasma display panel, an optical lens, a glass for an automobile, and a glass for a building material, due to its excellent resistance to heat and moisture.

    摘要: The ultraviolet- and infrared-ray absorbing polymer composition contains 0.01-1 part by weight of an organic ultraviolet-ray absorbent and 0.001-2 parts by weight of an organic infrared-ray absorbent onto 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin which implies 10-100% by weight of copolyestercarbonate, manufactured by heat-molding process at 210.degree.-245.degree. C. from a mixture of those components. This polymer composition is manufactured easily by an ordinary screw extruder or injection molding machine without strict control of heat-molding temperature, at a high non-defective ratio, said product having a stable effect in absorbing ultraviolet rays and infrared rays, while allowing transmittance of visible radiation rays, thus making it suitable for a wide variety of uses.
