    摘要: In one embodiment, an LED light bulb includes an LED module, a base portion on which the LED module is disposed, and a globe attached to the base portion. The LED module includes an ultraviolet to violet light-emitting LED chip mounted on a substrate. A lighting circuit and a bayonet cap are provided in and on the base portion. A fluorescent film is provided on an inner surface of the globe, and emits white light by absorbing ultraviolet to violet light emitted from the LED chip. The fluorescent film has a film thickness in a range of 80 to 800 μm. In the LED light bulb, an amount of ultraviolet light which leaks from the globe is 0.1 mW/nm/lm or less.

This invention provides a white light emitting lamp 1 comprising: a semiconductor light emitting element 2 that is placed on a board 3 and emits ultraviolet light or blue light; and a light emitting portion that is formed so as to cover a light emitting surface of the semiconductor light emitting element 2, the light emitting portion containing a blue phosphor B, a green phosphor G, and a red phosphor R that are excited by the light emitted from the semiconductor light emitting element 2 to respectively emit blue light, green light, and red light, the white light emitting lamp 1 emitting white light by mixing light emission colors from the blue phosphor B, the green phosphor G, and the red phosphor R with one another, wherein the light emitting portion further contains a deep red phosphor DR having a main emission peak in a longer wavelength region than a main emission peak of the red phosphor.

    摘要: In one embodiment, an LED light bulb includes an LED module, a base portion on which the LED module is disposed, and a glove attached to the base portion. The LED module includes an ultraviolet to violet light-emitting LED chip mounted on a substrate. A lighting circuit and a bayonet cap are provided in and on the base portion. A fluorescent film is provided on an inner surface of the glove, and emits white light by absorbing ultraviolet to violet light emitted from the LED chip. The fluorescent film has a film thickness in a range of 80 to 800 μm. In the LED light bulb, an amount of ultraviolet light which leaks from the glove is 0.1 mW/nm/lm or less.

    摘要: A semiconductor light emitting element emits ultraviolet light or blue light that impinges upon a light emitting cover portion including a blue phosphor, a green phosphor, a red phosphor and a deep red phosphor to emit white light by mixing the light emission colors from the phosphors. The deep red phosphor has a main emission peak in a longer wavelength region than a main emission peak of the red phosphor. The red phosphor includes at least one component selected from: a europium-activated SiAlON phosphor and a europium-activated CASN phosphor each having a predetermined composition. The deep red phosphor includes a manganese-activated magnesium florogermanate phosphor having a predetermined composition. The white light emitting lamp is excellent in both high luminance and high color rendering properties.

    摘要: The present invention provides a white LED comprising: an ultraviolet emitting diode or a purple light emitting diode; and phosphors for emitting at least three visible lights including blue light, green light and red light; wherein an emission spectrum of the white LED has: a first luminescence peak in a blue light region having a wavelength of 440-460 nm; a second luminescence peak in a green light region having a wavelength of 510-530 nm; and a third luminescence peak in a red light region having a wavelength of 620-640 nm. Further, it is preferable that a half bandwidth of each of the luminescence peaks is 50 nm or less. As a result, there can be provided a white LED, backlight and liquid crystal display using the white LED exhibiting a high luminance and an excellent color reproducing property.
