    摘要: An ink jet recording apparatus is equipped with an upstream side conveyance unit arranged on a conveyance upstream side of a recording head and a downstream side conveyance unit arranged on a conveyance downstream side thereof. The inkjet recording apparatus obtains, by recording a test pattern on a sheet, a conveyance correction amount when conveyance is performed solely by the downstream side conveyance unit. The inkjet recording apparatus includes a control unit which, when effecting an arbitrary recording, effects control such that, when a sheet trailing edge leaves the upstream side conveyance unit, a rotating position of a drive side roller of the downstream side conveyance unit is the same as the rotating position of the drive side roller when the test pattern is recorded.

    摘要: A semiconductor device has a high-speed circuit and a high-density circuit, each having at least two field effect transistors and two gate electrodes. In the high-speed circuit, a first gate electrode of a first field effect transistor and a second gate electrode of a second field effect transistor are separated by a first pitch. In the high-density circuit, a third gate electrode of a third field effect transistor and a fourth gate electrode of a fourth field effect transistor are separated by a second pitch. The first pitch is larger than the second pitch. Provision of a notch in the third gate electrode of the third field effect transistor in the high-density circuit, at a portion reached by a shared contact hole shared by the third gate electrode and the fourth transistor, increases the contact area between the shared contact hole and an impurity region source/drain of the fourth transistor.

    摘要: This invention has been made to cause a printing apparatus for conveying roll paper and performing printing to simultaneously attain a stable conveyance accuracy and prevent skewed conveyance independently of LF roller driving conditions and disturbance conditions that variously change as the roll paper state changes. For this purpose, a feed motor is used as a load generator for the roll paper. A section from a conveyance operation by the LF roller to the next conveyance operation is divided into a plurality of sub-sections. A feed mechanism is controlled by switching between a feeder load generation section and a feeder load zero section for each sub-section.
