    摘要: An automatic offset adjusting apparatus for current detectors in a digital controller for a servo motor is constructed so that, when errors occur in offset correction values due to a temperature change and the like while the servo motor is in operation, an electrical angle detecting unit detects a ripple of the torque of the servo motor, on the basis of a ripple of a torque command value, and detects a first electrical angle, where the torque command value becomes maximum, and a second electrical angle, where the torque command value becomes minimum, based on an electrical angle signal of the servo motor, a judgement unit judges whether or not offset correction errors have occurred on the basis of a difference between the first and second electrical angles, and, if the judgement unit judges that the offset correction errors have occurred, a correction unit adds adjustment values for the offset correction values corresponding to the first electrical angle to the respective offset correction values to update the offset correction values, whereby the correction of the offset correction values is automatically carried out even while the servo motor is in operation, thereby preventing generation of the ripple of the torque of the servo motor.

    摘要: An X-ray imaging device includes an X-ray detection section, a cold electron source, and a light-shielding coating layer. The X-ray detection section includes an X-ray conversion layer made of an X-ray converter material which generates electric charges upon incidence of an X-ray, a first charge injection blocking layer formed on an incidence surface of the X-ray conversion layer, and a second charge injection blocking layer formed on a rear surface of the X-ray conversion layer. The cold electron source has a plurality of electron emission sections arranged in a matrix form, each of the electronic emission sections being capable of emitting electrons toward the second charge injection blocking layer of the X-ray detection section. The light-shielding coating layer blocks incidence of the visible light into the X-ray detection section.

    摘要: In an inverter circuit including a piezoelectric transformer (17) for supplying a voltage signal to a cold-cathode tube (50), a driver (12) for driving the piezoelectric transformer, a voltage-controlled oscillator (11) for producing an oscillation pulse voltage signal having an oscillation frequency controlled by a control voltage, a phase difference detection circuit (15) for detecting as a detected phase difference a phase difference between input and output voltage signals of the piezoelectric transformer, and a control circuit (16) for producing the control voltage so that the detected phase difference is coincident with a predetermined value, a current detection circuit (21) detects as a detected current value a current which flows through the cold-cathode tube. Supplied with the oscillation pulse voltage signal and the detected current value, a power control section (22) controls an electric power of the oscillation pulse voltage signal so that the detected current value has a preselected value. The power control section produces a power-controlled pulse voltage signal and supplies the power-controlled pulse voltage signal to the driver.

    摘要: X-ray camera of the present invention comprises an X-ray irradiation unit, an X-ray image sensor, a controller having a correction factor setting unit, a correction factor storage unit and a correctional operation unit, and a display unit. The X-ray image sensor in the above configuration comprises a sensor such as CCD, TFT, and the like having a scintillator on a surface thereof, and a substrate having the sensor mounted thereon. The correction factor setting unit obtains a value La/Ln by dividing a predetermined brightness reference value La set beforehand by a brightness value Ln of an arbitrary pixel “n”, and sets the obtained value as a correction factor for each pixel. The correction factor storage unit stores the correction factor set by the correction factor setting unit. The correctional operation unit obtains the correction factor from the correction factor storage unit, and performs a corrective operation.

    摘要: A piezoelectric transformer comprising a rectangular plate of a piezoelectric material which is polarized in a thickness direction in a first half section of the plate in a longitudinal direction but is polarized in a width direction in a second half section of the remaining half section. A pair of primary electrodes are coated on the upper and the lower surfaces of the first half section and a pair of secondary electrodes are coated on the opposite side surfaces of the second half section, in an alternative structure, the plate is polarized in the thickness direction in opposite end sections of the plate having a size one third of length of the plate and polarized in width direction at the remaining middle section of plate between opposite end sections. The pair of primary electrodes formed on upper and lower surfaces of opposite end sections of plate and pair of secondary electrodes formed on opposite side surfaces of middle section. The pair of secondary electrodes may be deposited on upper or lower surfaces adjacent opposite side edges. In a voltage converter using the piezoelectric transformer, a pulse generator generates two voltage pulse signals having frequency equal to resonance frequency of transformer but being reverse to each other in phase, which signals are applied to primary electrodes, respectively to produce high voltage AC output across secondary electrodes isolated from primary electrodes.

    摘要: An information storage apparatus (20) used in combination with an information processing device utilizes a plurality of magnetic disk units (22). The units are individually stocked in stocking locations of a stocking device (23). The stocking locations are assigned with different address numbers. On receiving an incoming signal from the information processing device, one of the units loaded into a disk driver (24) by a transporting device (49, 50) and a desired information data is recorded or reproduced on a flexible magnetic disk of the unit. The unit is thereafter returned to the initial location of the stocking device. Each of the units may have a recording medium. A recording and reproducing device (57) records or reproduces address information on the medium of the unit during transportation of the unit. After a part of a series of information data is recorded in one of the disk units and a remaining portion of the data is recorded in another, the series of information data can be reliably and readily reproduced from the two disk units with reference to the address information on the media of the two disk units.
