Next, the lower-yoke iron core is transferred into a lower-yoke iron core assembling tank. While the first leg iron core, the second leg iron core and the lower-yoke iron core being kept in the tilted postures, the first leg iron core tank, the second leg iron core tank and the lower-yoke iron core assembling tank are individually opened at their openings and are jointed to each other.

摘要： Every frame represented by a moving picture signal is divided into blocks. Calculation is made as to a number of pixels forming portions of a caption in each of the blocks. The calculated number of pixels is compared with a threshold value. When the calculated number of pixels is equal to or greater than the threshold value, it is decided that the related block is a caption-containing block. Detection is made as to a time interval related to the moving picture signal during which every frame represented by the moving picture signal has a caption-containing block. A 1-frame-corresponding segment of the moving picture signal is selected which represents a caption-added frame present in the detected time interval.

The method includes at least one of the following four scene-change-point detecting methods: a first scene-change-point detecting method for detecting a video cut; a second scene-change-point detecting method for detecting a scene change similar to dissolve by processing a feature quantity to be calculated based on an edge intensity of each frame image; a third scene-change-point detecting method for detecting a scene change similar to wipe based on an intensity-changed pixel region representing a set of pixels whose brightness changes more than a predetermined threshold between a specific frame image In and an immediately preceding frame image In-1; and a fourth scene-change-point detecting method for detecting a scene change similar to page-translate or a scene change resulting from camera movement based on an intensity-changed pixel area representing a ratio of the number of pixels involved in the intensity-changed pixel region to the total number of pixels constituting a corresponding frame image.

The external and internal packing films are laminated on each other, with surfaces of the thermoplastic resinous layers opposed to each other, a predetermined region extending inward from one side of each of the packing films is formed as a non-bonding portion; a U-shaped peripheral heat-bonding portion is formed on each of the packing films along other three sides thereof, a projected heat-bonding portion connecting both ends of the peripheral heat-bonding portion with each other and projected outward is formed; at least the projected heat-bonding portion is separable; and a notch is formed on at least one edge of an external one of the packing films such that the notch is located at a position adjacent to one end of the peripheral heat-bonding portion.
