    摘要: A fabrication line that utilizes a versatile jig pallet that can be commonly used in processing equipment to efficiently finish and assembly of the production of semifinished products of plural shapes is disclosed.The jig pallet comprises a holding member for holding a semifinished product W and an opening/closing device G1 for opening and closing the holding member D, and allows the semifinished product W to be mounted and dismounted by opening and closing the holding member D by means of the opening/closing device G1. The jig pallet is transported to processing equipment M1, M2, and M3 to allow the semifinished product to be processed in the fabrication line. An opening/closing driving device G2 engaging the opening/closing device G1 to drive the holding member D to open and close is provided along the fabrication line.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a bending apparatus and a bending method for a glass sheet, which realize bending of a glass sheet with high precision by carrying out up-down movement of each of conveying rollers at an appropriate timing with an appropriate amount.A bending apparatus for a glass sheet comprising a roller conveyer having a plurality of conveying rollers for conveying a glass sheet heated by a heating furnace in a conveying direction; and a servomotor for moving each of the conveying rollers up and down in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction to form a predetermined curved plane on a conveying plane defined by the plurality of conveying rollers and moving the curved plane in the conveying direction along with movement of the glass sheet in the conveying direction so as to bend the glass sheet along the conveying direction; wherein the bending apparatus for a glass sheet further comprises an optoelectric sensor and a pulse generator for detecting a position information of the glass sheet on the roller conveyer; and a controlling means for controlling the up and down movement of each of the conveying rollers by the servomotor in accordance with the detected position information so as to form a predetermined curved plane on the conveying plane in accordance with the position of the glass sheet.

    摘要: A combination seal is attached to a bearing comprising a fixed element and a rotating element which rotate relative to each other, so as to seal an inner side and an outer side of the bearing. The combination seal is comprised of a seal ring and a slinger. The seal ring is comprised of a reinforcing ring and an elastic seal supported by the reinforcing ring. A leading end side of the elastic seal, supported by the reinforcing ring extending toward the slinger, is brought into contact with a surface of the slinger, which is opposite to the seal ring, when the combination seal is attached to the bearing. During a combining work process, when combining the seal ring and the slinger to form the combination seal, a seal lip does not turn over and the seal lip can be held toward a predetermined direction without using a specific jig during the combining work process and without being particularly careful during performance of the combining work process.
