    摘要: An optical disc recording apparatus (10) is provided with a tracking servo (13) for tracking a spiral track of concave and convex marks, an analog signal processor (14) for extracting a reproduction signal corresponding to the concave and convex marks, a digital signal processor (15) for extracting a channel clock synchronized with a channel bit length of the concave and convex marks, and a sub-information recording section (30) for recording sub-information by irradiating laser light based on the tracking to the spiral track. The sub-information recording section (30) records all the sub-information by repeating a process of recording a part of the sub-information by discretely irradiating laser light at a specified interval and with a specified frequency in synchronism with a channel clock by one tracking to form recordable marks on a reflective film a plurality of times. By this construction, a tracking control to the concave and convex marks can be stably executed and the sub-information can be stably recorded.

    摘要: To adjust the symmetry of a focus error signal, the symmetry of the focus error signal needs to be measured during upward and downward driving of an objective lens, which is performed at every varying setting of a signal correction gain value of the focus error signal, and such adjustment takes a long time. An optical disc device (100) measures a focus error signal before differentiation at a local maximum point and a local minimum point of a focus error signal using a prior-to-differentiation FE measurement unit (50), and calculates the symmetry of the S-shape of a focus error signal using a symmetry calculation unit (51), and performs balance adjustment based on the calculation result. The device with this structure adjusts the symmetry of a focus error signal at a high speed by requiring an upward and downward operation to be performed only once.

    摘要: The stem slide device of the present invention in an extruder has a stem vertical movement support (71) and slide guide members (72-1, 2) fastened to the support and forming guide grooves. A stem (6) pushing against a billet loaded in a container is held at the slide table (73) horizontally. The slide table slides in the vertical direction along the vertical face of the support. When the slide table is positioned at the bottom end of the guide groove, the hydraulic cylinders (77-1, 2) are driven so that the rods (78-1, 2) push the back surface of the slide table against the vertical face of the support. Therefore, the axis of the stem is held matched with the axis of the container.

    摘要: An optical disc drive includes: an optical head with an actuator and a photodetector; a tracking driver outputting a drive signal to the actuator; a first tracking error signal generator for generating a first tracking error signal based on an output signal of the photodetector; first and second lens position control sections for respectively outputting first and second lens position control signals to the tracking driver; and a selector for selectively supplying the first tracking error signal to the first or second lens position control section according to a moving velocity of the optical head during a seek operation. The first lens position control signal is obtained by extracting signal components, of which the frequencies are equal to or lower than a predetermined frequency, from the first tracking error signal. The second lens position control signal is obtained by extracting DC components of the first tracking error signal at on-track points thereof.
