    摘要: A process for producing polymer particles from an organic solvent solution of a polymer, which includes: (a) initially introducing polymer particles into a particle producing zone, (b) introducing an organic solvent solution containing an organic solvent and having a polymer concentration of 3 to 70% by weight, onto the polymer particles which are maintained in the particle producing zone, the particle producing zone not substantially containing steam, the organic solvent solution being added in an amount of not more than 250% by weight per hour based on the amount of the polymer particles which are initially held in the particle producing zone, and stirring the polymer particles under conditions in which the organic solvent would be vaporized, (c) separately introducing a poor solvent for the polymer into the particle producing zone, the poor solvent being selected from the group consisting of benzene, toluene, xylene, pentane, hexane, octane, acetone and methyl ethyl ketone, the poor solvent being in an amount of 5 to 200% by weight based on the weight of the organic solvent in the organic solvent solution, and (d) evaporating the organic solvent and the poor solvent, while maintaining the organic solvent solution of the polymer in contact with the polymer particles which are maintained in the particle producing zone, to produce the polymer particles.

    摘要: An efficient method of obtaining polymer particles by evaporating an organic solvent while maintaining a solution of a polymer in the organic solvent in contact with polymer particles, using a simple apparatus and a simple procedure. The polymer particles (powder) produced by the method have a small particle diameter, a high bulk density, a small amount of residual solvent, and are thus excellent in quality. The method includes introducing the organic solvent solution of the polymer into a particle producing zone which does not substantially contain steam, wherein an atmosphere is maintained in which the organic solvent is vaporizable and the particles are stirred. The organic solvent is evaporated, while maintaining the solution in contact with the polymer particles. Additionally a breaker is used in combination with a mixer; a poor solvent is employed; polymer particles are recycled; or a horizontal particle producing vessel is utilized.

    摘要: A process for producing polycarbonates which comprises transesterifying by reacting (A) at least one compound selected from the group consisting of aromatic dihydroxy compounds, aliphatic dihydroxy compounds, bisesters of aromatic dihydroxy compounds, bisesters of aliphatic dihydroxy compounds, carbonates of aromatic dihydroxy compounds and carbonates of aliphatic dihydroxy compounds, with (B) at least one compound selected from the group of diaryl carbonates, dialkyl carbonates, and alkylaryl carbonates, at a transesterification temperature of 100.degree. C. to 330.degree. C. in the presence of an inert solvent in an amount of 1 to 60% by weight based on the total of the theoretical amount of polycarbonate produced from the said compounds (A) and (B) and the amount of the inert solvent. According to the present invention, a polycarbonate which is excellent in color tone (transparency), heat resistance, and water resistance can be efficiently and simply produced at a low cost.

The data lines are formed over the gate lines. Each of the data lines crosses all of the gate lines with an insulating film interposed therebetween. The thin-film transistors are formed over the base substrate. Each of the thin-film transistors is associated with one of the gate lines and operates responsive to a signal on the associated gate line. Each of the pixel electrodes is associated with one of the data lines and one of the thin-film transistors and is electrically connectable to the associated data line by way of the associated thin-film transistor. Each of the pixel electrodes and the associated thin-film transistor are connected together by way of a conductive member. Each of the pixel electrodes crosses one of the gate lines, while the conductive member for the pixel electrode crosses another one of the gate lines that is adjacent to the former gate line.

The conveying member includes a first end portion, a second end portion and a slit. The first end portion comes into contact with a lower inner face of the container body. The second end portion comes into contact with an inner face of the container body which intersects the lower inner face. The slit is formed between the first end portion and the second end portion. A corner of the conveying member located between the first and second end portions is removed. The slit extends from a portion from which the corner is removed toward an inside of the conveying member.

    摘要: A developer cartridge is constituted to be mounted attachably and detachably in a directional orthogonal to a rotating shaft of a developing unit main body and the developer cartridge has a developer containing portion and a developer recovery portion for recovering used developer from the developing unit. A supply port opens to supply the developer from the developer containing portion and a recovery port opens in the developer recovery portion to recover used and recovered developer. A supplying opening portion is formed in a shutter member at a position corresponding to the supply port and a recovering portion is formed in the shutter member at a position corresponding to the recovery port. The shutter member opens and closes both the supply port and the recovery port. A handle for operating the shutter member is configured so that it is contained in the rotating outer peripheral surface of the developing unit main body when the supply port and the recovery port are opened and so that it projects toward the outside of the rotating outer peripheral surface of the developing unit main body when the supply port and the recovery port are closed. The handle is also used to mount the developer cartridge on the developer unit main body.
