摘要: In a variable phaser for an engine including a drive rotating member having a cylindrical section and driven by a crank shaft, a cam shaft coaxially supporting the drive rotating member in a coaxial and relatively rotating fashion, a relative phase angle changing mechanism, and a self-locking mechanism preventing the misalignment of the relative phase angle due to the cam torque by pressing the lock plate held on a holding section integral with the cam shaft to an inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical section, plate-pressing surfaces disposed at positions almost equally separated along an outer circumferential direction of an outer circumference of the holding section, and a plurality of lock plates equally separated in correspondence to the plate-pressing surfaces are formed, and the respective plate-pressing surfaces are formed by first and second pressing surfaces for delivering the cam torques along advance and lag directions to the respective lock plates.

摘要: A stabilized radiopharmaceutical composition, a kit including same, and a method for making same, where the radiopharmaceutical is (i) susceptible to either reductive degradation or radiolysis and which includes a metal complex of a radionuclide with a ligand, (ii) a first stabilizer for the radiopharmaceutical which is an amino-substituted aromatic carboxylic acid or a salt, ester or amide thereof, and (iii) a second stabilizer for the radiopharmaceutical which is a diphosphonic acid or salt thereof. The first and second stabilizers are present in an amount effective to stabilize the radiopharmaceutical, and the radiopharmaceutical is not a metal complex of the diphosphonic acid.

摘要: A data signal composed of a desired signal faded and delayed and an interference signal faded and delayed is received by a pair of antennas. A direct component of the interference signal and a delay component of the desired signal are removed from the data signals received by the antennas in a decision-feedback type of desired signal equalizing unit, and the direct component of the desired signal and the delay component of the interference signal are removed from the data signals in a decision-feedback type of interference signal equalizing unit. Also, a delay component of the interference signal is removed in the desired signal equalizing unit by subtracting a replica of the delay component of the interference signal produced in a backward tap from a demodulated interference signal produced in the interference signal equalizing unit in a previous operation, and a delay component of the desired signal is removed in the interference signal equalizing unit by subtracting a replica of the delay component of the desired signal produced in another backward tap from a demodulated desired signal produced in the desired signal equalizing unit in the previous operation. Therefore, the demodulated desired signal agreeing with the desired signal is output from the desired signal equalizing unit, and the demodulated interference signal agreeing with the interference signal is output from the interference signal equalizing unit.

摘要: An image generated by the detected signals of a scanning electron microscope is divided, for example, into a plurality of rectangular small areas with the boundaries parallel to the y-axis. The relative height in the boundary is obtained by conducting one dimensional integration for respectively boundaries. Thereafter, the relative height difference between the boundaries is determined by conducting one dimensional integration for each area in the direction perpendicular to the boundary. Thereby, the surface three dimensional topography having less distortion can be measured, even in case errors are included in the normal distribution which indicates the surface topography of the specimen, by adjusting and determining the height in the area by the interporating operation.

摘要: By using a low-frequency component of attitude data of an uncorrected image resulting from scanning the ground by means of a sensor mounted on a satellite, low-frequency distortion correction coefficients are calculated. By using a high-frequency component of attitude data, a change rate is calculated. From said low-frequency distortion correction coefficients and said change rate, distortion correction coefficients covering a high frequency are calculated. By applying bidirectional resampling to the uncorrected image by using said distortion correction coefficients covering a high frequency, a corrected image is obtained.
