A liquid silicone rubber coating composition that is ideal for forming a coating on an air bag is provided. The composition includes: (A) an organopolysiloxane containing two or more alkenyl groups bonded to silicon atoms within each molecule, (B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane containing at least two silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms within each molecule, (C) an addition reaction catalyst, (D) a finely powdered silica with a specific surface area of at least 50 m2/g, (E) an organosilicon compound containing an epoxy group and a silicon atom-bonded alkoxy group within each molecule, and (F) a compound represented by a general formula: Al(OH)(OCOR)2 (wherein, R represents identical or different, unsubstituted or substituted monovalent hydrocarbon groups of 1 to 20 carbon atoms). Leakage of the inflator gas when the air bag is in an inflated state is suppressed, enabling production of an air bag that exhibits excellent sustainability of the inflation period.

What is disclosed is a system and method for reconstructing a video signal such that selected signal components have been emphasized. Methods are disclosed for reducing the source video data to its independent signal components for selection. The source video is reconstructed, in a manner more fully disclosed herein, such that the selected component(s) are emphasized in the reconstructed video during video playback. The methods disclosed herein provide a solution for filtering an original video such that technicians can use the reconstructed video to visually examine, for instance, a dominant region of a patient's vital signals. The teachings hereof find their uses in a wide array of remote sensing applications and, in particular, the telemedicine arts.

In addition, the present invention provides a method of screening for a substance capable of treating wounds, including determining whether or not a test substance is capable of suppressing the expression or function of PDLIM2.
