摘要: Disclosed herein is a rotary head drum unit including a cylindrical drum surface and a magnetic head for recording/reproducing a signal to/from a magnetic tape running along the drum surface. The magnetic head has a tape sliding surface adapted to come into sliding contact with the magnetic tape. The tape sliding surface of the magnetic head is positioned at a level lower than the height of the magnetic tape flying above the drum surface. The magnetic tape is brought into contact with the tape sliding surface by negative pressure. With this configuration, an increase in contact pressure of the magnetic tape sliding on the tape sliding surface of the magnetic head can be prevented and the contact pressure can be uniformed to thereby prevent a reduction and variations in magnetic recording or reproduction output.

摘要: The present invention provides an agent serving as oxidant and dopant in which it does not generate precipitates in a state of an alcohol solution for a certain period of time and the oxidizing power is not too strong. By using the same, the present invention provides a conductive polymer having a high conductivity and heat resistance. By using the same, the present invention provides a solid electrolytic capacitor reliable under a high temperature condition. The present invention provides an agent serving as oxidant and dopant for conductive polymer production, the agent serving as oxidant and dopant comprising: a ferric salt of acids comprising a benzene sulfonic acid derivative represented by formula (1) and sulfuric acid. “R” represents an alkyl or alkoxy group having a carbon number of 1 to 4. More than 90 mole % of the benzene sulfonic acid derivative have R at the para position with respect to the SO3H group. Sulfuric acid is contained at 0.05 to 1.5 mass % in the acids. An alkali metal and alkali earth metal as an inorganic alkali component are included at a total content of 300 ppm or less (based on mass). ammonia and an amine as an organic alkali component are included at a total content of 0.01 mole % or less. A pH value is 1.5 to 3.0 when the agent serving as oxidant and dopant is made into an aqueous solution at a concentration of 8 mass %.

摘要: An apparatus and method for providing a luminescent display by applying pressure to a transparent planar sheet containing a luminescent dye or pigment where such pressure is sufficient to cause one smooth surface of the transparent sheet to contact a facing smooth surface of an opaque planar sheet, the smooth surfaces of the transparent and opaque sheets tending to adhere together at the area of contact, thereby creating a luminescent image at the area of contact which can be selectively erased by separating the smooth surfaces of the transparent and opaque sheets at the area of contact, and for allowing copying of the image by positioning a sheet of carbon paper between the opaque sheet and a sheet of plain paper so that the application of pressure to the transparent sheet causes pressure to be applied through the carbon paper to the sheet of plain paper, thereby copying the image displayed on the transparent sheet onto the sheet of plain paper, the carbon paper being selectively movable to allow segments of carbon paper which can produce images of different colors to be positioned between the opaque sheet and the sheet of plain paper during the drawing of an image to facilitate the production of a multi-colored copy of the displayed image, the apparatus allowing the use of different sizes and multiple sheets of plain paper and providing means for ejecting such paper from the apparatus.

摘要: The present invention provides a resinous hollow package that includes a moisture-proof island that is a planar structure disposed below a semiconductor element mounting surface of the resinous hollow package, the semiconductor element mounting surface having an area of 200 mm2 or more and the maximum wave height of a wave curve of 35 μm or less. The resinous hollow package of the invention has an excellent moisture resistance due to the moisture-proof island included therein. Further, since the flatness of the semiconductor element mounting surface is excellent, decrease in the amount of light in a peripheral portion of an image can be suppressed in a digital single-lens reflex camera or the like with a large solid-state image sensor, even when a wide angle lens is used. According to the method of producing the resinous hollow package of the invention, by carrying out insert-molding while fixing the moisture-proof island with projection(s) disposed to the mold to prevent displacement thereof, the resinous hollow package having the maximum wave height of the semiconductor element mounting surface of 35 μm or less can be provided.

摘要: The terminal connecting portion is covered at a rear portion with the molding resin 30 such that the covered rear portion is shaped in fusiform, and when the sheathed wire 10 is bent at this portion, the resin thereon is less peeled off. The molding part 43 of the die 40 is closed at one side with the elastic lid plates 9a, 9b opposing at an upper part and a lower part each other, and the terminal connecting portion is set to the molding part 43, and a part of the sheathed wire 10 extending rearwards from one side of the molding part 43 is elastically held by the elastic lid plates 9a, 9b upwards and downwards. The molten molding resin 30 is injected into the molding part 43 to cover almost the whole of the terminal connecting portion. Radiating fins are formed in a slope of the tapered hole in one side of the mold, said radiating fins having a plurality of parallel alternate concave grooves and convex ribs so as to improve the radiating effect of the molding resin 30 and shorten a cooling time.

摘要: A wire fixing jig for arranging and fixing covered wires when intersection portions thereof are welded. The jig has a jig body on which the covered wires are arranged, supporting portions for supporting the covered wires are formed around the intersection portions to be welded. These portions are located at a predetermined pitch from a corresponding one of the intersection portions, at both sides in the longitudinal direction thereof and for ensuring a space that allows a core part of each of the intersection portions, which are pressurized when welded, to spread out, and through holes through which welding device is inserted when the intersection portions of the covered wires are welded to each other.
