    摘要: A solenoid valve for controlling a fluid includes an armature having a base region, a lateral region and a head region. The solenoid valve includes a valve member connected to the armature. The solenoid valve further includes an armature casing component in which the armature is positioned. A flow path is formed between the armature and the armature casing component, the flow path extending from a lower armature space to an upper armature space and back to the lower armature space. A junction region is arranged between the head region and the lateral region. The junction region has at least one groove formed therein to facilitate an overflow between the lateral region and the head region.

    摘要: A magnet valve configured to control a fluid includes an armature with a base region, a casing region, and a head region. The magnet valve also includes a valve element that is connected to the armature and an armature housing component. A flow path is formed between the armature and the armature housing component. The flow path runs from a lower armature chamber to an upper armature chamber and back to the lower armature chamber. The head region of the armature has a flattened section, and the upper armature chamber is defined between the armature housing component and the flattened section. At least one groove is formed on the casing region of the armature starting from the base region. The at least one groove ends in the casing region before the flattened section of the head region.

    摘要: The invention relates to a solenoid valve, particularly for controlling the brake pressure of a wheel brake of a slip-controllable hydraulic brake system of a motor vehicle. In known solenoid valves, there is a first hydraulically effective connection of an armature chamber of the solenoid valve to an outlet through the guide of a tappet in a valve insert. The first hydraulically effective connection ends in the form of a blind hole and thus does not permit flushing out gas bubbles which possibly have accumulated in the armature chamber. In order to solve this problem, the invention proposes a second hydraulically effective connection which is arranged away from the guide of the tappet, uncoupled from the first hydraulically effective connection. Thus, a closed pressure medium path is effected within a valve cartridge of the solenoid valve, the closed pressure medium path making possible an effective flushing of the armature chamber and thus a flushing out of gas bubbles.

    摘要: A magnetic valve that switches at high differential pressures and furnishes a large flow cross section. The magnetic valve has an armature, which when current is supplied to a coil is movable toward a pole core counter to the force of a restoring spring. The armature is capable of opening an auxiliary valve of small sealing diameter directly and a main valve of large sealing diameter indirectly. The auxiliary valve and the main valve have a common closing body, which is movable relative to the armature with a limited stroke. The auxiliary valve communicates through a bore of the closing body with the outflow side of the magnetic valve. In the open position of the magnetic valve, the closing body is held in a position that blocks the auxiliary valve by the action of the second restoring spring. The magnetic valve is suitable in particular for slip-controlled hydraulic brake systems of motor vehicles.

    摘要: A fuel injection valve for fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines includes a core which serves as the internal pole is made of a soft magnetic powder composite material. This powder composite material is an iron powder provided with a polymer additive, where the individual iron particles are coated with an electrically insulating layer. Such a powder composite material ensures a substantial minimization of eddy currents in the magnetic circuit in comparison with materials known previously, such as chromium steel, which are usually used as magnetic materials. The core which is mechanically sensitive and is sensitive to fuel is encapsulated at least with respect to the parts of the injection valve carrying the fuel. A sleeve passes through an internal longitudinal opening in the core which permits fuel flow in its interior and is fixedly attached to a pole part which seals the core toward the bottom. The core and the magnetic coil are thus not exposed to any wetting by fuel. This fuel injection valve is especially suitable for use in fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines with mixture compression and external ignition.
