    摘要: A fuel injection valve for fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines includes a core which serves as the internal pole is made of a soft magnetic powder composite material. This powder composite material is an iron powder provided with a polymer additive, where the individual iron particles are coated with an electrically insulating layer. Such a powder composite material ensures a substantial minimization of eddy currents in the magnetic circuit in comparison with materials known previously, such as chromium steel, which are usually used as magnetic materials. The core which is mechanically sensitive and is sensitive to fuel is encapsulated at least with respect to the parts of the injection valve carrying the fuel. A sleeve passes through an internal longitudinal opening in the core which permits fuel flow in its interior and is fixedly attached to a pole part which seals the core toward the bottom. The core and the magnetic coil are thus not exposed to any wetting by fuel. This fuel injection valve is especially suitable for use in fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines with mixture compression and external ignition.

To influence the fuel distribution in a spray-discharged fuel cloud and, in particular, to attain a selected strand-like quality of the fuel cloud, provision is made that at least one part of the fuel channels is aligned such that the fuel jets issuing from them are spray-discharged directly through the spray orifice when the valve is open.

    摘要: An installation device for installing a fuel injection valve in a receiving bore of a cylinder head of an internal combustion engine. The installation device has a sheath element which at least partially encloses the fuel injection valve. The installation device can be introduced, together with the fuel injection valve, into the receiving bore. An inwardly angled first collar section, which can be nonpositively joined to a receiving section of the fuel injection valve receiving the first collar section in order to transfer both a pressing force serving to press the fuel injection valve into the receiving bore and a pulling force in the opposite direction, is provided on a first end of the sheath element. An outwardly angled second collar section, which offers an application surface for a tool for applying both the pressing force and the pulling force, is shaped onto a second end of the sheath element located opposite to the first end.

    摘要: A fuel injection valve includes a valve needle passing through the valve opening to the valve closing body arranged on the spray outlet end. A closing spring prestresses the valve needle in a direction opposite its opening direction aimed in the direction of spraying, so that the valve closing body is in contact with the valve seat on the spray outlet end when the fuel injection valve is closed. The armature is kept engaged and in contact with the valve needle by means of a bearing spring which acts in the direction of opening by means of a connecting piece arranged between the armature and the valve needle. The connecting piece includes a suitable insulation element for providing insulation against high voltage.

    摘要: A fuel injection valve for internal combustion engines with an injection port disk disposed in a longitudinal opening of a valve housing, which prevents deposits from forming due to evaporation of the fuel remaining at the injection ports after the engine is switched off. A gap disk is therefore disposed downstream of the injection port disk in the longitudinal opening of the valve housing with a slight axial spacing; the gap disk defines a recess in the axial direction which exerts a capillary action outward in the radial direction upon the fuel emerging at the injection ports. By disposing a capillary disk between the injection port disk and the gap disk, the capillary action can be optimized by means of corresponding contours in the capillary disk. The fuel injection valve is particularly suited for fuel injection in mixture-compressing engines with externally supplied ignition.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an injection valve, in particular to the injection valve for a direct injection of fuel into a combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine. The injection valve includes a valve body mounted in a housing, the valve body having a valve opening surrounded by a valve seat. A valve needle is provided with a closing head extending through the valve opening so that the closing head cooperates with the valve seat to snugly fit into valve seat on the injection discharge side. The valve needle is prestressed by a closing spring into a closing position and moved by an actuating mechanism through an actuating element against the force of the closing spring into an open position. To allow the injection valve to open quickly, the actuating element is closely engaged with the valve needle using a spring acting in the direction of the open position.
