摘要: In a sample cell that is sealed with an X-ray transmission sheet after a sample such as a liquid fuel or the like is contained therein, when an internal pressure is increased, a cup end surface is deformed so as to increase an internal capacity of the sample cell before the X-ray transmission sheet serving as a window part is expanded. The cup end surface is formed by folding a film-like material and, when the internal pressure of the sample cell is increased, the cup end surface is unfolded outwardly of the sample cell to increase the internal capacity of the sample cell. The increase in pressure is relieved by the increase in capacity, and the expansion of the X-ray transmission sheet is thereby prevented.

摘要: A method manufactures a nozzle plate from a substrate with using a punch group including a plurality of punches. A nozzle group has plural nozzle rows in each of which plural nozzle holes are arranged at predetermined intervals in a predetermined direction. Plural nozzle-row sets are defined to each contain at least two nozzle rows having predetermined relative positional relationship with each other. The punch group has plural punch rows each corresponding to one of the nozzle rows contained in each nozzle-row set. Punches on each punch row are arranged at intervals equivalent to the predetermined intervals. The method includes forming a first hole group in the substrate with using the punch group; moving the substrate relative to the substrate in a first direction, which crosses the predetermined direction; and forming a second hole group in the substrate with using the punch group.

摘要: The present invention aims to allow an arbitrary selection to be made between gas operation and diesel operation, to achieve a reduction in NOx even when in diesel operation, to allow the compression ratio to be adjusted and altered in accordance with the operating state when in gas operation, to allow quick starting, and to perform operations at a high combustion efficiency over the entire load range. The dual fuel engine of the present invention is provided with a precombustion chamber unit, which is located in the cylinder head of the dual fuel engine, having a precombustion chamber and an electromagnetic fuel injection valve (a liquid fuel injection valve) and also with a compression ratio control valve. The compression ratio control valve opens and closes an air passage that connects the main combustion chamber with an intake port. In gas operation, the valve opening time of the compression ratio control valve is adjusted in accordance with the operating state, and the compression is adjusted by allowing a portion of the air gas mixture inside the main combustion chamber to escape to the intake port. Fuel gas is ignited by a pilot quantity of liquid fuel from the electromagnetic fuel injection valve and is then combusted. In diesel operation, the compression ratio control valve is closed and liquid fuel injected at a high compression ratio from the electromagnetic fuel injection valve is combusted by a precombustion method.

摘要: A guide member is disposed between a thermal head and a conveyor roller pair. The guide member projects into a conveyance passage of a recording paper when a platen roller is separated from the thermal head. In this state, the guide member abuts on the recording paper having been forwarded by the conveyor roller pair. Further, the guide member guides the recording paper to feed it between the platen roller and the thermal head. When the platen roller is pressed against the thermal head, the guide member is pushed by support plates of the platen roller. The pushed guide member is lowered so that the guide member is evacuated from the conveyance passage of the recording paper.
