The control device has an adjusting slide 12 that is movable relative to the rotor 2 as well as an activating device 13 for the movement of the adjusting slide 12 in the direction towards the rotor 2 and in the direction away from the rotor 2. The blade 5 is kinetically coupled to a movement of the adjusting slide 12. The blade 5 is connected to the adjusting slide 12 by one or several coupling members 14 connectible to the adjusting slide 11 and the blade 5 in form-fitting and detachable fashion.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a rotor shredder, comprising a cutting system frame, made of two lateral walls, which are connected to each other via two end walls in which at least one cutting shaft is rotatably supported, wherein the end walls (12) of the cutting system frame (1) have at least one substantially U-shaped recess (13), receiving the bearings (22) of the at least one cutting shaft (2), wherein the bearings (22) are configured such that they have a substantially U-shaped outer contour, which corresponds to the U-shaped recess (13) of the respectively associated end wall (12).
Abstract:
A pattern, is imaged by means of a programmable mask, on a substrate that has a photosensitive layer, illumination spots being produced on the mask by means of an illumination unit and individual pixels being produced, via an optical unit, forming a grid of pixels on the substrate corresponding to the pattern. Structure edges that are to be reproduced on the substrate are positioned optimally. To this end at least two exposure processes for the photosensitive layer are performed, the illumination spots or exposure points of which are offset from one another. Thereby, spaces in the grid of pixels of the first exposure process, which spaces are proportionate to the number of exposure processes to be effected, are filled with pixels by the subsequent exposure processes.
Abstract:
What is disclosed is a plastics material adaptable to biomedical uses, the surface of which material at least partially consists of a graft copolymer having a hydrocarbon main chain and side chains grafted thereon, said side chains being polymers comprising at least one vinyl monomer selected from the group consisting of acrylic acid esters of the formulaCF.sub.3 --(CF.sub.2).sub.x --(CH.sub.2).sub.y --O--CO--CH.dbd.CH.sub.2,where x is an integer from 3 to 16 and y is an integer from 1 to 12, vinylene carbonate, N-vinyl alkylamides of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are the same or different and each is hydrogen or alkyl having 1 to 6 carbon atoms.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an end wall module for a transport vehicle. The inventive end wall module having a first wall and the second wall arranged at a distance therefrom. The first wall is embodied in the form of a first corrugated structure and the second wall is embodied in the form of a second corrugated structure. Said corrugated structures are embodied in such a way that they are distanced from each other when the end wall module is mounted without being deformed and are engaged into each other by the shape thereof when the end wall module is at least in the first deformation stage.
Abstract:
The invention discloses an impact shears having a rotor with individual chopping blades disposed on the rotor in a predetermined arrangement and with blade(s) or blade system that is generally stationary vis-à-vis the rotation of the rotor. The blade is held in a blade holder on the stator side of the rotor. The blade holder is movable on the stator about an axis parallel to the rotational axis of the rotor and carries at least two blades, or blade systems, that are expediently disposed at the same angular distance to one another. The blade holder can be rotated about an axis that extends parallel to the rotational axis of the rotor so that every blade of the blade holder can be brought in a cutting position to interact with the chopping blades of the rotor and can be locked in position with respect to the chopping blades.
Abstract:
A shredder includes a cutting unit frame and a cutting shaft rotatably supported in the cutting unit frame and carrying a multiplicity of cutting disks, rotatable with the cutting shaft for shredding an item in cooperation with a further tool. The cutting unit frame has two opposing side parts extending parallel to the cutting shaft and two fronting parts extending transversely to the side parts and the cutting shaft. Each fronting part has upper and lower fronting part elements attached to one another and extending between and separately attached to the side parts and internally capturing one of two bearings therebetween such that the bearings rotatably mount the cutting shaft in the cutting unit frame and are removable with the cutting shaft upon removal of only the upper fronting part elements from the cutting unit frame without bringing the cutting unit frame out of adjustment.
Abstract:
A tissue thromboplastin preparation which is sensitive to coagulation factor VII, is prepared from acetone dry powder mammalian tissue, by extraction with a salt solution containing 1 to 20 mmol/1 of calcium ions and, if desired, a surface active agent, after which the extract maybe dried.

Abstract:
A process control system (1) comprises at least one process control computer (2) and field units (4) connected thereto via a bus system. An, in particular, intrinsically safe data transmission device (5) is connected between the process control computer and the assigned field units. This data transmission device comprises a data adaptation device (6) and a data distributing device (7). In order to be able to connect more field units per data adaptation device while simultaneously reducing the costs per field unit, the data adaptation device (6) and its assigned supply devices (8) have an explosion-proof design, and each supply device is connected to the data distributing devices via an explosion-proof line, whereby these data distributing devices or field units connected thereto have a barrier device for limiting the applied power.
