摘要: A foot washer including a tray for holding water and a removable foot support member for insertion into the tray. The foot support member includes a grid member having a plurality of openings therethrough to thereby allow sand or other particulate debris to fall through the grid member and to the closed bottom of the tray. The grid member is supported by a support member such that the grid member is positioned above the closed bottom and below the open top of the tray. The tray is filled with water in order to submerge the grid member. The grid member is preferably substantially flat. To assist in draining water from the tray, the tray is preferably provided with a spigot.

摘要: The present invention is a remote de-activation system for use with vehicles or other motorized equipment consisting of a remote portable RF signal generation unit which communicates with an RF receiver mounted on the vehicle to be disabled. The receiver unit features circuit interruption switching or relays and is transposed within the ignition circuit of the vehicle or equipment to be disabled. The system is further characterized as including independent power sources for the RF transmitter, receiver and alarm systems such as to prevent malfunction of the system through compromising the power sources. Alternative embodiments include the utilization of a centralized battery charger and key locks.

摘要: In an embodiment, a fluid ejection device includes a substrate with a fluid slot, and a chamber layer over the substrate that defines a firing chamber and a fluidic channel extending through the firing chamber and in fluid communication with the slot at first and second ends. The device includes a tophat layer formed as a two-layer stack over the chamber layer, and a nozzle bore over the firing chamber that comprises a greater cavity formed in a first layer of the stack and a lesser cavity formed in a second layer of the stack, the greater cavity encompasses a larger volume than the lesser cavity.

摘要: A fluid ejection device includes a fluidic layer assembly mounted to a substrate, the fluidic layer assembly having a raised portion formed on a side that faces away from the substrate. A first nozzle is formed through a portion of the fluidic layer assembly other than the raised portion, and a second, larger nozzle is formed through the raised portion. A method of fabricating a fluid ejection device includes applying a first layer of a photoresist material to a substrate and a second layer of a photoresist material to the first layer. A sequence of exposures defines a first region of soluble material in the first layer that becomes the first nozzle and second and third regions of soluble material in the first and second layers, respectively, that jointly become the second nozzle. A region of insoluble material in the second layer becomes the raised portion.

摘要: The invention to a system which is used to dry objects, comprising a drying cubicle (1), known per se, wherein the objects are exposed to hot air. The process waste air from a high temperature fuel cell (10) is used as hot air which is directly introduced into the drying cubicle (1). The high pressure fuel cell (10) is operated, according to thermal energy required for the drying process, whereby according to the extent thereof electric energy is also accumulated and is disregarded when controlling the high temperature fuel cell (10), whereby electrical consumers for said electrical energy can always be found. The inventive system and method for drying objects are relatively inexpensive and have a very high energy utilisation ratio.
