摘要: Methods, functional data, and systems are provided for image feature translation. An image is decomposed into sub images, each sub image having its features identified by feature attributes. The feature attributes are used to identify a particular feature within each sub image. The orientation of the particular feature within the sub image is then mapped or calculated to a value. One or more of the mapped or calculated values are translated into a reading associated with an instrument. The reading is then optionally recorded or transmitted.

摘要: In an asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) system, interleaved cells are formed at the transmit end by combining into each interleaved cell certain bits from each of plural different original ATM cells, the interleaved cells are transmitted over the communications link, and then deinterleaved at the receive end. Any bursty errors occurring on the communications link will, after deinterleaving, be spread out over multiple original ATM cells, maximizing the error correction for ATM cells and error detection for AAL capability and minimizing loss of data. The C1 byte in the Physical Layer Convergence Protocol (PLCP), which indicates the location of end of the PLCP frame, is protected against the burst errors by replication of C1 byte through inserting them in the growth bytes Z1 through Z4.

摘要: Systems, methods, and apparatuses for centrally optimizing femtocells are presented herein. A scanning component can receive information from femtocells indicating respective operating conditions of the femtocells. Further, an optimization component can categorize the femtocells into groups based on the information, and direct a change of a parameter set of a group of the groups to a femtocell of the group. A method can include receiving, from femtocells, information associated with respective operating conditions of the femtocells; sorting the femtocells into groups based on the information; and directing a change of a parameter set that is associated with a group of the groups to a femtocell of the group. In an example, the method can further include directing a change of a parameter of a macrocell communicatively coupled to a femtocell of the femtocells.

摘要: A system and methodology that can utilize measurement data collected by a set of femto access points (FAPs), during a network listen procedure, to detect one or more areas with weak macro network coverage and/or high interference. Moreover, an automatic cell planning (ACP) component can be employed to analyze the measurement data and update a transmission parameter(s) associated with a macro access point. After the update is implemented, the ACP component can trigger another network listen procedure at the set of FAPs and receive new measurement data. The ACP component can evaluate the new measurement data to dynamically verify that the implementation of the update resulted in an improvement of macro network coverage and/or interference within the one or more areas.
