摘要： A device for heating objects and a method that has recourse to the device, particularly for heating and/or bending one or more glass panes positioned one on top of the other, covering each other. The device includes a furnace line, plural supports, particularly transport molds that transport and/or bend the objects, the objects being placed on the supports positioned on transport carriages, a drive device that progresses the transport carriages through the furnace line and plural heating elements provided above the objects in the furnace line. In the device the heating elements are positioned on the whole above the entire furnace line and the heating elements can be operated and regulated so as to form heating zones suited to dimensions of the objects.

The method has steps a) mixing a thermoplastic and a luminescent pigment containing a hydroxyalkyl terephthalate of the formulate: R1—COO—P(OH)x-COO—R2 and obtaining a thermoplastic mixture; and b) homogenizing the thermoplastic mixture to 150° C. to 200° C. in an extruder, by way of an extrusion nozzle, and obtaining a thermoplastic film.

摘要： Interfering double images that occur with curved windshields made from laminated glass during night driving in transmission and with head-up displays in reflection can be reduced by a wedge-shaped thermoplastic intermediate film. The wedge-angle profile required for compensation of double images is determined locally as a function of pane shape and installation situation. If the vehicle has a head-up display system, the wedge-angle progression can be determined in the HUD field such that double images are prevented there in reflection. However, outside the HUD field, a wedge-angle progression that compensates double images in transmission is selected. The specifically adapted wedge-angle profile enables better compensation of double images than is possible with a film with a constant wedge angle.
