    摘要: The device serves for the blow molding of containers that comprise a thermoplastic material, wherein the device has at least one blowing station with at least one blow mold. The blow mold is formed from at least two blow mold segments that are supported by supports, wherein the blow mold has a base extension. The base extension is arranged in such a way that it is capable of being positioned in the direction of a longitudinal axis of the blow mold, and is supported by a base plate. The base plate connects the base extension to a positioning device. The base plate is additionally connected to the base extension by a profiled coupling section, wherein this profiled coupling section is formed from a coupling element, which is connected to the base plate, along with a counter element that is connected to the base extension. The profiled coupling section is capable of being actuated via a manual lever. At least two hollow coupling plugs are arranged a certain distance from the profiled coupling section, wherein these coupling plugs are capable of being introduced into self-sealing coupling sockets.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method and a device for blow-moulding containers from preforms which have been previously heated in a heating section and consist of a thermoplastic material. After being heated, said preforms are transferred to a blowing device in which they are deformed in order to form containers under the action of a blowing pressure inside blow moulds. The blow moulds respectively consist of at least two blow-moulding segments. The preforms are transported together with the blow moulds at least along part of a path of a rotating blow wheel. The blow-moulding segments are braced in relation to each other during at least part of the blow-moulding process. At least one of the blow-moulding segments is pivoted about a rotational axis in order to perform opening and closing movements. Once a blowing station holding the blow-moulding segments is closed, at least one of the blow-moulding segments is then supported, at a distance from the rotational axis and independently from the other blow-moulding segment, in relation to a counter-bearing connected to the blow wheel. The supported blow-moulding segment is at least partially braced in relation to both the counter-bearing and the other blow-moulding segment.

The preforms are transferred to a blowing device following the heating thereof, in which they are shaped to form containers by the application of a blowing pressure inside blow moulds. Said blow moulds respectively consist of at least two blow mould segments. The preforms are transported together with the blow moulds at least along part of a peripheral path of a rotating blow wheel. A separating plane of the blow mould segments is positioned at least in an opened state of the blow station in a rotational direction of the blow wheel, facing forwards, with an angle of inclination in relation to the radial direction of the blow wheel. The blow station is positioned at least in two parts during a transfer process.

    摘要: The method and device are for blow-molding containers. A blank is molded in a blowing mold by means of a blowing pressure after a thermal treatment. The blanks are positioned along a part of the transport path thereof by means of a support element (42) held by a rotating transfer wheel (41). The support element is movably mounted relative to the transfer wheel. The support element is positioned by means of a cam controller (50). The cam controller comprises a positionable cam segment (56) which preselectably places the support element in a working or a resting position. In the working position the support elements are brought into a transfer region and in the resting position are held away from said transfer region.

The temperature of parisons, which are made of a thermoplastic material, is adjusted and the parisons are then molded in a blow mold under the effect of a pressurized medium to give containers. The blow mold which is composed of at least two blow mold segments is held in place by mold supports of a blow molding station (3) that is arranged on a supporting structure (41). A bottom part (7) is used in addition to the blow mold segments. Both the mold supports and the bottom part are arranged in such a way that they can be mechanically positioned. The mold supports and the bottom part are mechanically coupled to each other. One of the mold supports (19) is immobile and the other mold support is swiveled to the supporting structure. The bottom part has a trajectory relative to the mold support which has a component that extends in the longitudinal direction of the blow molding station and a component that extends at a right angle to the longitudinal direction.
