    摘要: Crosslinkable or crosslinked silicone compositions, forming water-repellent and release coating for a flexible heat sensitive support of paper or polymer, and comprising crosslinking polyorganosiloxanes (POSs) bearing ≡Si—H units and unsaturated, preferably ≡Si-Vi, vinyl-containing POSs, capable of reacting with the crosslinker by polyaddition, in the presence of platinum in order to form the crosslinked release coating on the flexible support. The object is enabling the coating composition to crosslink instantaneously to produce, on various flexible supports (paper, e.g. glassine, or polymer, e.g. polyester such as polyethylene terephthalate PET), a crosslinked silicone coating leaving the coating machine, with excellent attachment (adhesion) and mechanical strength or cohesion—“Rub-off”—properties. The invention uses, per 100 parts by weight of silicone base, of 1 to 40 parts by weight of an additive comprising from 1 or 5 to 80% by weight of particulate filler, preferably nanoscale filler, in a silicone oil reacting with the crosslinker.

    摘要: An aqueous polyorganosiloxane (POS) emulsion which can easily be deposited on/applied to a fibrous substrate at high speed and at limited deposition rates, for example less than 40 g/m2. The emulsion contains (A) a POS with ≡Si-vinyl units, (B) a POS with ≡SiH units, (C) an adhesion promoter, (D) a catalyst, (E) at least one surfactant, (F) optionally a POS resin with ≡Si-vinyl units, (G) optionally a crosslinking inhibitor, (H) optionally a pH fixing agent, (I) optionally a formulating additive, (J) optionally a filler, and (K) water. Adhesion promoter (C) is selected from protective hydrocolloids, hydroxylated silanes and/or POS carrying at least one hydroxyl group and at least one salified amino group per molecule, and mixtures thereof, and is present in the range from 0.005 to 10% by weight, based on the silicone phase.     摘要: The invention concerns an aqueous dispersion of viscous silicone oils capable of being crosslinked into an elastomer by water elimination (condensation). The invention aims at obtaining an aqueous silicone dispersion corresponding to an optimal compromise in terms of adherence of the crosslinked elastomer on all types of supports, and the colloidal stability of the dispersion during preparation and storage. Said aqueous dispersion comprises a viscous silicone oil A, optionally a crosslinking agent B, optionally an adhesion promoter C (silane), a filler D, a catalyst E, an emulsifier F, optionally a functional additive G and water. Said dispersion is characterised in that the filler D is input into the process for obtaining the dispersion, in the form of an aqueous suspension of at least a hydrophilic compound (CaCO3SiO2, TiO2, Al2/H2O, organic polymer latex). The invention also concerns the preparation of said particularly stable dispersion since it has a residual emulsion rate T not less than 70%.
