    摘要: An apparatus for manufacturing a hollow synthetic resin product, including a movable parison guide and a movable lower molding portion which align an extruding head, the parison guide and an end of the lower molding portion in a perpendicular plane. The lower molding portion is moved in a direction perpendicular to the perpendicular plane while a parison is extruded from the extruding head, while the parison guide is moved in a direction crossing the moving direction of the lower molding portion in accordance with a shape of a groove of the lower molding portion to accommodate a first portion of the parison in the groove. A cutter cuts the parison in a predetermined length when the predetermined length thereof is extruded, while a parison pinch holds a portion of the parison to be cut immediately before the parison is cut. The parison guide is movable in a direction crossing the moving direction of the lower molding portion in accordance with the shape of the groove while the lower molding portion is movable in the direction perpendicular to the perpendicular plane, and the parison pinch can be lowered gradually to accommodate a second portion of the parison in the groove.

    摘要: An outlet check valve includes an output valve seat provided at an outlet port or an outlet passage for compressed air in the vicinity of an outlet port of a compression mechanism and an outlet valve body. The valve seat and valve body are biased away from each other by a gravitational force or a spring. With this arrangement, even if a compressor is rotated at a low speed during a start-up operation, it is possible to cause stagnant liquid to undergo reverse flow into an accumulator disposed on the suction side and to store the liquid temporarily, thereby removing the liquid in the compression spaces and the suction passages and facilitating the start-up operation in a normal rotational direction. A pressure difference between the pressures upstream and downstream relative to the valve body is large when the normal rotating operation is stopped. By this pressure difference, the outlet valve body is moved to close the outlet valve seat, thereby to prevent the reverse rotation of the compression mechanism.

    摘要: The present invention provides a low-pressure scroll compressor for use in a refrigerating system of an air conditioning apparatus or the like. Lubricating oil is intermittently supplied to a compressor unit in proportional relation to the rotating number of the motor, avoiding an excessive or insufficient supply of a lubricating oil and realizing a proper supply of the lubricating oil even in high-speed rotation of the motor. Thus the compressor is highly reliable. Further, a screening plate is provided in the suction space of a compressor, so that the lubricating oil in the coolant or cooling medium can be effectively separated from the coolant, resulting in enhancement of collecting efficiency of the lubricating oil. Moreover, the screening plate is useful to prevent a hermetic terminal from being cooled by the returning coolant. Otherwise, dew condensation would occur on the hermetic terminal, and leakage or shortcircuiting would be caused, a vital obstacle to the safety of the compressor.

    摘要: A compressor includes a communication hole 42 through which lubrication oil in an oil reservoir 5 is supplied to a back pressure chamber 39 at least through an eccentrically driving bearing 15, and a communication bore 45 or gap through which the lubrication oil in the back pressure chamber 39 is fed into compression spaces, and a constricted resistance member 44 for regulating the oil flow rate is provided on the communication hole 42. The passage resistance can be made larger in comparison with the case where resistance is caused in a small space of a sliding portion of a bearing, and an accurate value of the passage resistance can be preset with the oil flow rate being low, thereby preventing flow of the lubrication oil to the compression operating spaces from increasing in quantity. Thus, there is provided a highly reliable scroll compressor which has a high compression efficiency, consumes power constantly, and has no risk of compression of the lubrication oil in the compression operating spaces.
