    摘要: The present invention provides an admission pipe structure for automobile air admission, wherein internal part in pipe body of admission pipe includes channel, admission hole and exit hole formed on two sides of the channel are installed with first sleeve connection part and second sleeve connection part, and first sleeve connection part and second sleeve connection part are respectively sleeved onto exit connector and admission connector of the admission manifold pipe such that buckling component can be set up in penetration into two through-grooves installed in outer surface of second sleeve connection part thereby using buckling component to block at ring-shaped groove for fixedly positioning. When compressed air coming from the central cooler enters into admission pipe, compressed air can be smoothly guided by arc-shaped channel in pipe body, and aluminum alloy materials in admission pipe itself can prevent damages caused by the high-speed airflow of the compressed air.

    摘要: An engine assembly may include an engine block, a first cylinder head, and an air intake assembly. The engine block may include a first bank defining a first set of cylinders. The first cylinder head may be fixed to the first bank and may include a first set of intake ports. The air intake assembly may include an intake air tube, a crankcase ventilation housing integrally formed with the intake air tube, and an oil separation assembly located within the crankcase ventilation housing. The intake air tube may be in communication with the first set of intake ports and an air source. The crankcase ventilation housing may have a wall at least partially defined by the intake air tube.

    摘要: An intake pipe of an internal combustion engine includes a main flow passage allowing air introduced into the engine to flow therethrough, an upper branch flow passage branching off from the main flow passage and communicating with #2 cylinder, #4 cylinder, and #6 cylinder, a lower branch flow passage branching off from the main flow passage and communicating with #1 cylinder, #3 cylinder, and #5 cylinder, and a partition wall allowing the upper branch flow passage and the lower branch flow passage to be apart. The partition wall has an end portion that faces the main flow passage. The end portion is formed of a spherical surface. With such a configuration, the intake pipe of the internal combustion engine, which intake pipe provides sufficient improvement in intake efficiency, is provided.

    摘要: A lower intake manifold assembly includes a lower housing and a runner insert fitted into the lower housing. The lower housing may be made of metal and the runner insert may advantageously be made of a synthetic resin material. The runner insert provides a sealing surface between the lower housing and the cylinder head of an internal combustion engine. The runner insert also supports a charge motion control valve flap assembly that advantageously may include a shaft and synthetic resin flaps over-molded onto the shaft.
