    摘要: An apparatus for high-throughput cell culture with mechanical compression stimulation includes a cell culture vessel and a fluid pressure supply unit. The cell culture vessel includes at least one culture chamber, at least one pressure chamber disposed above the culture chamber, a membrane disposed between the culture chamber and the pressure chamber, and at least one pressurizing member that projects downwardly from the membrane into the culture chamber. The fluid pressure supply unit is connected fluidly to the pressure chamber, and has a fluid pressure supply device to supply a pressurized fluid to the pressure chamber so as to deform the membrane and move the pressurizing member, and a control device that is adapted to vary a pressure of the pressurized fluid in the pressure chamber.

    摘要: A detection method for a sensor membrane formed of EuTixOy as part of a biosensor by using PNIPAAm for wrapping enzymes is provided with adding 1.0 g of NIPAAm powder to 20 ml water, heating same at 60° C. to form NIPAAm solution, and cooling the NIPAAm solution; adding 200 μl of 98.7 wt % of APS and 50 μl of 99 wt % of TEMED to the NIPAAm solution, uniformly mixing same, and reacting the mixture for 30 hours to prepare a transparent, gel PNIPAAm; adding 5 mg enzymes to 100 μl of 1× PBS buffer solution, uniformly mixing same, adding 100 μl of PNIPAAm to the buffer solution, and uniformly mixing the buffer solution; placing a biosensor on a heater for heating at a constant temperature of 37° C. wherein the biosensor is an EIS sensor having a sensor membrane formed of EuTixOy; and taking a measurement.

    摘要: This invention is concerned with a new method for producing cross-linked hyaluronic acid—protein bio-composites in various shapes. In the present process, a polysaccharide solution and a protein solution are mixed under moderate pH values in presence of salts to form a homogenous solution, which can be processed into various shapes, such as membrane, sponge, fiber, tube or micro-granular and so on. After then, the homogenous solution is subjected to a cross-linking reaction in organic solvent containing weak acid to produce an implantable bio composite material having excellent bio-compatibility, biodegradability, prolonged enzymatic degradation time, and good physical properties.

    摘要: This invention provides a method of preparing microsphere composite of collagen and bioceramic powder. This method first mixes a collagen solution with bioceramic powder and alginate, and squeezes the mixture solution to spherical droplets being discharged into a divalent cation solution undergoing gelling to form microspheres. Next, the microsphere is coated with a chitosan solution. Then, interior alginate and surface chitosan of the microsphere are liquefied and washed out with an aqueous buffer solution such as phosphate based buffer, and collagen in the microsphere is reconstituted to fiber network at the same time. The prepared microsphere composite has similar composition components of bone tissue, and the collagen thereof has a network of reconstituted fibers. The microsphere composite of this invention provides a similar growth environment of bone tissue cells, is used as a carrier to carry cells, coat and fix bone growth factors, and is applied in bone repair.
