摘要: A screw capper 1 includes a capping head 6 which grips a cap 5, a servo motor 7 which rotates the capping head, a voltmeter 10 which measures the torque of the capping head, an encoder 11 which detects the rotational angle of the capping head, and a control device 8 which controls the servo motor. In the screw capper, whether rotational fastening is acceptable is to be determined during the rotational fastening, the measured value of the encoder is measured from a predetermined measurement starting point until a rotational fastening completion point, and if the measured rotational angle is in the range of an acceptable decision angle which is set in advance, it is determined that the rotational fastening has been acceptably performed, whereas if the measured rotational angle is not in the range of the acceptable decision angle, it is determined that the rotational fastening is unacceptable. In the screw capper, defective rotational fastening can be detected, and reductions in costs can be realized compared to a case where a device for detecting such defective rotational fastening is separately provided.

摘要: A process for preparing a product from a pulse crop as a starting material and a food containing the product prepared from a pulse crop as a starting material are disclosed according to the present invention, thereby enabling a food, a livestock feed, an aquacultural feed or the like to be efficiently prepared, which is made from a leguminous crop or a defatted product thereof or the like, which has excellent carcinopreventive and carcinostatic activities, osteoprosis therapeutic effect and immunosuppressive effect, and which can be ingested in a sufficient amount, and thereby enabling a wholesome food such as a biscuit having the above-mentioned excellent pharmacological activities. Any conventional product made from a pulse crop does not have such excellent pharmacological activities and a process for preparing the same is poor in efficiency. Significant characteristic feature of the present invention resides in that glycosidic saccharides are hydrolytically separated from isoflavone compounds contained in a pulse crop to form isoflavone compounds containing aglycones in a large amount and that phytic acid contained in a pulse crop is removed to obtain a product having excellent pharmacological activities.

摘要: A product which contains a health-promoting component and a process for preparing such a product, in the present invention, using a pulse crop as a raw material. The product accomplishes health promotion very effectively by means of at least one member of the group consisting of liver function improving constituents, cardiac function improving constituents, anti-inflammatory constituents, antifat constituents, antioxidation consititents, antimutagen constituents, and components which have an intestine-regulating effect in single-stomached animals; and the method produces such a product with good efficiency. The product of the present invention can be used directly “as is”; and alternatively, specified components may be concentrated or may be usefully utilized in applied products which use the product of the present invention as a raw material, e.g., food products, livestock feeds, pet foods or drug raw materials, etc. In miso and soy sauce, since salt is added following the koji preparation step, they are high in salt content and lack all-purpose utility; and in addition, since the aging period following the koji preparation step is extremely long, there are problems in productivity. However, the product of the present invention is easy to manufacture and is also a low-cost product.

摘要: A meter driving apparatus is provided in which the display luminance of a plurality of placed meters can be adjusted in synchronization to enhance the appearance of the whole additional meter system. The driving apparatus is for a plurality of meters 2 and 3. The meters include the first meter (digital meter) 2 including an optical sensor 2d for detecting the surrounding brightness and having an auto-light-adjustment function of obtaining light-adjustment data for adjusting the display luminance of the meter 2 in accordance with the detection result of the optical sensor 2d and the second meter (analog data) 3 having no optical sensor. The driving apparatus has a control unit 1 which transmits the light-adjustment data obtained by the first meter 2 to the second meter. The second meter 3 adjusts the display luminance thereof based on the light-adjustment data received from the control unit 1.

摘要: A process for preparing grain products to use as foods, livestock feeds, aquacultural feeds. The grains used are soybean, rice, barley, wheat, oats, rye and corn, and defatted products or brans thereof, and the like and which are extremely excellent in digestion efficiency. Conventional products made from a grain are poor in digestion efficiency, and processes for preparing such products are also poor in efficiency. One of the main features of the process resides in that phytic acid in a grain is hydrolyzed removed to obtain a product having high digestion efficiency.

摘要: Biological activity-promoting compositions containing soybean germ-origin isoflavone aglycone which promote human or mammalian health and exert effective effects of preventing or treating diseases when absorbed into the body by oral administration, instillation, etc., thereby contributing to the maintenance and promotion of human or mammalian health, prevention of diseases and so on. The biological activity-promoting compositions are characterized by comprising an isoflavone aglycone concentrate which is prepared by fermenting the soybean germ with koji mold to thereby decompose proteins, then hydrolyzing the same and further extracting and concentrating the resultant product with a solvent. The compositions are further characterized in that the content of daidzein amounts is at least 70% by weight based on the isoflavone aglycone in the concentrate.
