    摘要: A double container includes an outer layer body constituting an outer shell; an inner layer body including an upper opening communicating with a containing space, accommodated in the outer layer body, and deformable to undergo volume reduction; an inside plug including a tubular wall extending toward the containing space, a spherical body serving as a valve body being disposed inside the tubular wall; and a dispensing plug fitted to a mouth portion of the outer layer body and including a dispensing tube connected to the tubular wall. The tubular wall includes an inclined wall having a diameter decreasing toward the containing space and configured to abut against the spherical body over an entire circumference and including a protruding wall protruding from the inclined wall to the containing space. The protruding wall includes a liquid holding member holding a pool of liquid medium of the content formed below the spherical body.

    摘要: The technical problem of this invention is to create check valve mechanisms of a simple configuration. Thus, the object of this invention is to provide a discharge container maintaining high productivity, showing good squeeze operation, and having improved outer appearance. The above technical problem and the object of this invention are solved and achieved by a discharge container comprising: a squeezable container 1 having an outer layer 2, an inner layer 3 laminated with the outer layer 2, a container neck 6 disposed on top of the container 1 and used as the flow path 29 for the contents, and an air intake 13 used to introduce outside air into the void between the outer layer 2 and the inner layer 3; an applicator 70 having an applying mechanism and discharge holes 74 for discharging the contents, and having discharge passage 76 communicated with the neck 6; the second check valve mechanism 41 that acts to open or close the flow path 29 so as not to allow the backflow of the contents and the entry of outside air; a base cup 50 having a bottom of its own, a cylindrical wall 51, which is fitted around the bottom cylinder 8, and an air hole 54 that introduces outside air into air intake 13; and the first check valve 40, which is assembled with and fitted to the base cup 50 so as to allow outside air to pass through the air intake 13 but not to allow the backflow of introduced air.

A bottom section of the outer layer positioned at a bottle bottom portion is provided with: an intake slit allowing outside air to be imported into a space between the outer layer and the inner layer, and a projecting part projecting inward of the laminated bottle. At least part of the projecting part extends in a cross direction crossing a direction in which the intake slit extends, and the projecting part is arranged next to the intake slit in the cross direction.

    摘要: A comb-carrying container is designed for applying substance by sequential action. The container has a hollow comb with a shaft, and a cap-like member formed at the lower end of the shaft, and a laminated container body consisting of an outer layer and an inner layer peelable therefrom and having an opened neck portion, to which the cap-like member is fitted, such that the liquid in the container may be discharged from the teeth of the comb through the shaft. In the present invention, the shaft 32 and the cap-like member 21 is separated each other, and a pump cylinder 11 is depending from the cap-like member 21 to the laminated container body 1, and a stem 41 is depending from the shaft 32 into the pump cylinder 11. A cylindrical piston 44 is attached at the lower end portion of the stem.

A principle means taken to solve these problems comprises a double container made by a direct blow molding process wherein a space is formed between the outer layer and the inner layer made of synthetic resins that are mutually non-adherent, thus allowing both layers to be left in a detached state due to a difference in mold shrinkage factors between the two layers during the direct blow molding step.

    摘要: A two-fluid dispenser capable of reducing odor, even when one of two fluids dispensed in foam has pungent odor. The dispenser includes: a first and a second dispenser container each including an upper surface from which a stem protrudes and is configured to dispense a fluid therein in foam in response to the stem depressed; and a dispenser tool fixedly fitted over the containers. The dispenser tool includes a dispenser head communicating with the containers and including a nozzle, so that when the dispenser head is depressed, the fluids are dispensed from the containers through the nozzle. The dispenser head includes a fluid guide mechanism to guide the fluids from the containers to be dispensed in foam through the nozzle such that the fluids have a layered pattern in which a first fluid layer is at least partly covered by a second fluid layer.
