摘要： In an accumulator cycle, lubricating oil containing polyalkylene glycol (PAG) as a main component is used for a hermetic electric compressor. Lubricating oil mixed with refrigerant (carbon dioxide) can exhibit electric insulation resistance that causes no problems on a practical use. Since PAG has low compatibility with respect to carbon dioxide, a large amount of liquid phase refrigerant is difficult to be sucked into the compressor while being dissolved in lubricating oil. Therefore, the efficiency of the compressor is not lessened.

摘要： A vehicular lamp employing light-emitting diodes providing a good illumination efficiency, and which can be readily mounted on many different types of vehicles. The lamp includes a plurality of light-emitting diodes arranged on a supporting board, condenser lenses provided in front of each of the light-emitting diodes, and diffusion lenses arranged in front of the condenser lenses. A housing member supports the supporting board, the condenser lenses, and the diffusion lenses, the housing member having air holes formed therein to provide for ventilation. With this arrangement, the light produced by the light-emitting diodes is applied in the form of parallel beams to the front lens member by the condenser lenses, and the parallel light beams are diffused by the diffusion lenses on the front lens member. Accordingly, the front surface of the front lens member is illuminated in its entirety and illuminated uniformly.

摘要： A reflector (3) for a lamp LL having a discharge bulb (5) and a reflector (4) for a lamp HL having an incandescent bulb (6) are arranged so that the depth dimension of the rotary parabolic portion of the former reflector is set greater than that of the rotary parabolic portion of the latter reflector and that the opening dimension of the former reflector is widthwise greater than that of the opening dimension of the latter reflector. The effective reflection area of the reflector (3) is then increased and reflection efficiency is also increased when light from the discharge bulb (5) is reflected from the reflector (3).
