Abstract:
A diplexer module includes substrates, an external connection terminal, a first diplexer including a first transmission filter and a first reception filter, a second diplexer including a second transmission filter and a second reception filter, and a switch. The external connection terminal is connected to the switch, the switch is connected to the first diplexer and the second diplexer, and the first transmission filter, the second transmission filter, the second reception filter, and the first reception filter are aligned in this order when the substrates are seen in plan view from above.
Abstract:
An impedance matching switch circuit module includes a first switch device connected to first and second high-frequency input/output terminals, a second switch device connected between the first high-frequency input/output terminal and a first matching terminal, and a third switch device connected between the second high-frequency input/output terminal and a second matching terminal. Impedance matching elements having appropriately set element values (inductances or capacitances) are connected to the first and second high-frequency input/output terminals and the first and second matching terminals, and on/off control is performed for the first, second, and third switch devices.
Abstract:
A capacitor is disposed on a substrate that is insulative. An inductor is disposed on the substrate. The inductor includes a conductor pattern having at least one end connected to the capacitor. The capacitor includes a dielectric film that mainly contains the same constituent element as a constituent element mainly contained in the substrate and at least two electrodes that face each other with the dielectric film interposed therebetween.
Abstract:
An electronic component includes a single-layer glass plate, an outer-surface conductor that is disposed above an outer surface of the single-layer glass plate and that is at least a part of an electrical element, and a terminal electrode that is a terminal of the electrical element. The terminal electrode is disposed above the outer surface of the single-layer glass plate and being electrically connected to the outer-surface conductor.
Abstract:
A transmitting and receiving circuit that transmits and receives signals using coaxial cables includes an input/output terminal that delivers and receives signals, a first port, a second port, a switch, and a ceramic-based electro-static discharge protector. The first port transfers a transmitted signal in a first transmission frequency band width and a received signal in a first reception frequency band width. The second port transfers a transmitted signal in a second transmission frequency band width and a received signal in a second reception frequency band width. The switch connects a common port to one of the first port and the second port. The common port is connected to the input/output terminal on one end of the common port and to the switch on the other end. The electro-static discharge protector is connected between the common port and the ground potential.
