    Abstract: An antenna module includes substrates with different normal directions from each other, a radiating element disposed on the substrate, a radiating element disposed on the substrate, a hybrid coupler, and an RFIC. The hybrid coupler includes input terminals (IN1, IN2), and output terminals (OUT1, OUT2). The RFIC is connected to the input terminals (IN1, IN2) and supplies a radio-frequency signal to the radiating elements. The radiating elements are capable of radiating a radio wave in a first frequency band. The radiating element is connected to the output terminal (OUT1), and the radiating element is connected to the output terminal (OUT2). A phase difference between radio-frequency signals to be supplied to the input terminals (IN1, IN2) is adjusted to fall within a range of greater than −90° and less than 90°.

    Abstract: An antenna module includes a first power feed element and a second power feed element each having a flat plate shape, and a ground electrode (GND) arranged so as to face the first power feed element and the second power feed element. The first power feed element is configured to radiate a radio wave having a first direction as a polarization direction. The second power feed element is arranged between the first power feed element and the ground electrode (GND), and is configured to radiate a radio wave having a second direction as a polarization direction. A frequency of the radio wave radiated from the first power feed element is higher than a frequency of the radio wave radiated from the second power feed element. An angle formed by the first direction and the second direction is greater than 0° and less than 90°.

    Abstract: An antenna module includes a dielectric substrate, a plurality of antenna elements, a ground electrode (GND), and a conductor wall. The plurality of antenna elements is arranged in the dielectric substrate in an array form in a first direction and a second direction. The ground electrode (GND) is arranged on the dielectric substrate so as to face the plurality of antenna elements. For each antenna element included in the plurality of antenna elements, the conductor wall is arranged along the second direction between the antenna elements adjacent in the first direction but no conductor wall is arranged between the antenna elements adjacent in the second direction. The second direction is a polarization direction of a radio wave radiated from each of the plurality of antenna elements.

    Abstract: A patch antenna includes a power feeding conductor pattern formed in a dielectric layer, a ground conductor pattern formed on the dielectric layer, a first parasitic conductor pattern and a second parasitic conductor pattern formed in/on the dielectric layer and is not set to have a ground potential.     Abstract: An irreversible circuit element includes first and second high pass isolators each including first and second center electrodes intersecting with and being insulated from each other on a ferrite to which a direct-current magnetic field is applied with a permanent magnet. One end of the first center electrode is an output port and the other end thereof is an input port, and one end of the second center electrode is another output port and the other end thereof is a ground port. A pass frequency band of the first isolator is higher than a pass frequency band of the second isolator. Respective output portions of the first and second isolators are electrically connected and defined as one output terminal, and a low pass filter LPF is inserted between the output terminal and the output port of the second isolator.
