    摘要: An irreversible circuit element includes first and second high pass isolators each including first and second center electrodes intersecting with and being insulated from each other on a ferrite to which a direct-current magnetic field is applied with a permanent magnet. One end of the first center electrode is an output port and the other end thereof is an input port, and one end of the second center electrode is another output port and the other end thereof is a ground port. A pass frequency band of the first isolator is higher than a pass frequency band of the second isolator. Respective output portions of the first and second isolators are electrically connected and defined as one output terminal, and a low pass filter LPF is inserted between the output terminal and the output port of the second isolator.

    摘要: In a non-reciprocal circuit element, a first center electrode and a second center electrode are disposed in a ferrite so as to intersect with each other in an insulated state. The ferrite receives a direct-current magnetic field from a permanent magnet. One end of the first center electrode is connected to a first port, the other end thereof is connected to a second port, one end of the second center electrode is connected to the second port, and the other end thereof is connected to a third port. Between the first and second ports, a terminating resistor and a capacitance-variable capacitor are connected in parallel to the first center electrode. By changing the capacitance value of the capacitor, the isolation frequency is adjusted.

A supply voltage (VDET) is configured to be supplied to the power amplifier through the supply voltage terminal, and the supply voltage (VDET) is configured to vary across multiple discrete voltage levels within a single frame of radio-frequency signals. The first bypass capacitor has an electrostatic capacity equal to or higher than a specific value that is determined to cause the power amplifier circuit with the first supply voltage to have a higher efficiency than a threshold efficiency. In some exemplary embodiments, the bypass capacitor has an electrostatic capacity equal to or higher than 1.4 nanofarads.

The first parallel-arm resonant circuit includes a parallel-arm resonator, and a pair of a capacitor and a switch connected in parallel with each other and in series with the parallel-arm resonator between the parallel-arm resonator and ground. An interconnect line (a1) is connected to the input/output terminal (11m), and an interconnect line (a2) is connected to the input/output terminal. The parallel-arm resonator and the switch are connected by an interconnect line (a3). The interconnect line (a3) has a characteristic impedance lower than a characteristic impedance of the interconnect line (a1) or a characteristic impedance of the interconnect line (a2).
