Abstract: An antenna module includes a dielectric substrate, in or on which a feed element is formed, a dielectric substrate, in which a ground electrode (GND) is formed, and conductive members. The dielectric substrate is disposed opposite the dielectric substrate. When viewed in plan in the direction normal to the feed element, the conductive members are disposed around the feed element. An air layer is formed between the dielectric substrate and the dielectric substrate. The conductive members are formed in the air layer.

Abstract: An antenna module includes a dielectric substrate, a plurality of antenna elements, a ground electrode (GND), and a conductor wall. The plurality of antenna elements is arranged in the dielectric substrate in an array form in a first direction and a second direction. The ground electrode (GND) is arranged on the dielectric substrate so as to face the plurality of antenna elements. For each antenna element included in the plurality of antenna elements, the conductor wall is arranged along the second direction between the antenna elements adjacent in the first direction but no conductor wall is arranged between the antenna elements adjacent in the second direction. The second direction is a polarization direction of a radio wave radiated from each of the plurality of antenna elements.

Abstract: Radiation electrodes are formed on a dielectric base body of an antenna chip. A capacitive feeding electrode is formed on a first end surface of the dielectric base body. A ground electrode, a feeding circuit connection electrode, feeding lines, a tip electrode, and the like are formed on the top surface of a base member of a substrate. When a first switching element selects the feeding line side, a second switching element is made to enter a conducting state. In this state, the radiation electrodes are capacitively fed. When the first switching element selects the feeding line side, the second switching element is made to enter an open state. In this state, the radiation electrodes are directly fed. In this manner, the directivity direction of an antenna can be switched using a single radiation element.

Abstract: An antenna module includes a radiation element including feeding elements adjacent to each other, a feed wiring, a ground electrode, and a filter circuit. The filter circuit is connected between a feed circuit and the feed wiring. Abstract: An antenna module includes a dielectric substrate, a ground electrode in the dielectric substrate, planar radiating elements, and a peripheral electrode. One planar electrode is in a layer between another planar electrode and the ground electrode. The size of the other planar electrode is less than the size of the one planar electrode.

Abstract: An element assembly has a structure in which insulator layers including first and second insulator layers are laminated in an up-down direction. The first insulator layer is above the second insulator layer. A radiant conductor layer is on an upper surface of the first insulator layer. A first capacitance defining portion includes a first interlayer connection conductor passing through one or more of the insulator layers in the up-down direction. The first interlayer connection conductor is electrically connected to the radiant conductor layer. The radiant conductor layer, a ground conductor, and the first capacitance defining portion define and function as a patch antenna. When the first interlayer connection conductor is electrically connected to the radiant conductor layer, a distance from a lower end of the first interlayer connection conductor to the ground conductor in the up-down direction is shorter than a distance from the radiant conductor layer to the ground conductor in the up-down direction.
