Abstract: A method for crystallizing succinic acid includes agitating a succinic acid reaction solution with a jet-flow agitator that is rotated at low speed and has a low volume power density; compared with the conventional agitators, the jet-flow agitator helps increase the uniformity of succinic acid particles, shorten the time required for crystallizing succinic acid, and raise the yield of the crystallized succinic acid as well as purity of crystallized succinic acid having a purity of 99.8-99.9%.

Abstract: A method for degumming and decolorizing polyester fabrics is provided. The method includes the following steps. A first polyester fabric attached with a dye and a gum-film or treatment agent is provided. The gum-film or treatment agent in the first polyester fabric is stripped through a combined formulation of an alkaline aqueous solution and a catalyst to obtain a second polyester fabric. Then, the second polyester fabric is decolorized by a combination of a chemical reduction method and a chemical oxidation method to obtain a third polyester fabric.

Abstract: A plasticizer and a method for producing the same are provided. The method for producing the plasticizer includes: reacting a reaction mixture at each of a plurality of temperature holding stages in a heating process to form a semi-finished product; and purifying the semi-finished product at each of a plurality of low pressure stages of a decompression process to obtain a plasticizer. A temperature range of the heating process is from 140° C. to 220° C., a pressure range of the decompression process is from 750 Torr to 20 Torr, and the reaction mixture contains dibasic acid (e.g., adipic acid), diol (e.g. 1,4-butanediol), monohydric alcohol (e.g., 2-ethylhexanol), and catalyst (e.g., titanium catalyst).

Abstract: Provided is a recycling method of a polyester cotton blended fabric, including the following steps. A dye-containing polyester cotton blended fabric is put into an acidic aqueous solution containing an oxidizing agent for heating and soaking, so as to degrade the cotton in the polyester cotton blended fabric into powder, and decolorization is performed at the same time to remove the dye. After that, a polyester fabric and cotton powder are obtained by double filtration.

Abstract: A method for purifying by-product ethylene glycol of polyester in converting plasticizer includes: inputting a reaction liquid waste stream including ethylene glycol and 2-ethylhexanol into an ethylene glycol dehydration tower; inputting a hot water stream into the ethylene glycol dehydration tower to mix with the reaction liquid waste stream and to remove the 2-ethylhexanol from the reaction liquid waste stream; dehydrating the ethylene glycol via the ethylene glycol dehydration tower to collect a crude ethylene glycol stream including dehydrated ethylene glycol from a tower bottom of the ethylene glycol dehydration tower and to collect an organic liquid waste stream including the 2-ethylhexanol from a tower top of the ethylene glycol dehydration tower; and inputting the crude ethylene glycol stream into an ethylene glycol distillation tower to collect a ethylene glycol solution from a tower top of the ethylene glycol distillation tower.

Abstract: A method of recycling polyester fabric includes following steps. A polyester fabric including polyethylene terephthalate and dyes is provided. An extraction process including using ethylene glycol as an extraction solvent, immersing the polyester fabric in the extraction solvent, and extracting under a temperature of 80° C. to 180° C. is performed to remove the dyes from the polyester fabric. A depolymerization process including using a chemical depolymerization solution to depolymerize the polyester fabric treated with the extraction process to obtain a product including BHET is performed. The chemical depolymerization solution is ethylene glycol. A purification process is performed to remove impurities of the product obtained by the depolymerization process and to obtain a purified BHET. A solvent recycling process is performed. The solvent recycling process includes collecting waste solutions of the extraction process and the depolymerization process, and recycling ethylene glycol in the waste solutions by a distillation separating system.

A conversion rate of the nonylcyclohexanol is higher than or equal to 99.0%.
