    摘要: A method for manufacturing nonylcyclohexanol is provided. The method includes steps as follows: adding a liquid phase reactant into a reactor, and the liquid phase reactant includes a molten nonylphenol and a catalyst; introducing a gas phase reactant to maintain a pressure of the gas phase reactant to be from 36.5 bar to 70 bar, and the gas phase reactant consists of hydrogen; rotating a hollow stirring shaft of the reactor at a temperature of from 100° C. to 130° C. so that the gas phase reactant is transported through a channel formed in the hollow stirring shaft into the liquid phase reactant for carrying out a reaction; obtaining a product that contains nonylcyclohexanol. A conversion rate of the nonylcyclohexanol is higher than or equal to 99.0%.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride is provided, which includes steps as follows. Maleic anhydride is added into a reactor. Piperylene is added into the reactor, so that the piperylene and the maleic anhydride undergo a first addition reaction. When a conversion rate of the maleic anhydride is more than 25%, the first addition reaction is completed. Isoprene is added into the reactor, so that the isoprene and the maleic anhydride undergo a second addition reaction to obtain a methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride product. The methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride product contains 3-methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride and 4-methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing and a method for decolorizing dioctyl terephthalate are provided. The decolorizing dioctyl terephthalate includes: providing an unpurified dioctyl terephthalate; mixing the unpurified dioctyl terephthalate with a reducing agent and an adsorption medium to obtain a first decolorizing product; and mixing the first decolorizing product with a decolorizing adsorbent material to obtain a second decolorizing product. The method for manufacturing dioctyl terephthalate includes: a transesterification step, an alkaline washing and neutralization step, a redox step, a decolorization step and a stripping step; the decolorizing adsorbent material has an acid value between 0.1 and 2 mg KOH/g, a relative humidity between 2 and 10%, and a fineness between 80 and 100 cm2/g.

    摘要: A hydrogenation method for increasing the yield of cyclohexane-1,4-dicarboxylic acid diisooctyl ester is provided. The hydrogenation method uses a hydrogenating reaction tank, which is equipped with a hollow-shaft gas-introducing mixer having air-extracting, air-exhausting and mixing functions, to allow hydrogen gas to be uniformly dispersed in a reaction solution. A ruthenium-on-alumina (Ru/Al2O3) hydrogenation catalyst can be used for carrying out a hydrogenation reaction under gentle conditions. Therefore, the hydrogenation catalyst can be used in a reduced amount, the risk of side reaction(s) can be reduced, and the yield of cyclohexane-1,4-dicarboxylic acid diisooctyl ester can reach at least 99% with a cis isomer proportion of at least 85.0%. The hydrogenation method shows extremely high economic benefit.
