摘要: Provided is a production method for an all-solid-state battery having a solid electrolyte layer between a positive electrode layer and a negative electrode layer, the production method including: coating or impregnating the positive electrode layer and/or the negative electrode layer with a solid electrolyte solution in which a boron hydride compound serving as the solid electrolyte has been dissolved in a solvent; and removing the solvent from the coated or impregnated solid electrolyte solution and causing the solid electrolyte to precipitate on the positive electrode layer and/or the negative electrode layer.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a novel positive electrode which is produced using a rubber being an inexpensive material and is capable of enhancing a charge and discharge capacity and cyclability of a lithium-ion secondary battery, and the lithium-ion secondary battery composed of the positive electrode. In the lithium-ion secondary battery, the positive electrode comprises a current collector and an electrode layer formed on a surface of the current collector, the electrode layer comprises an active material, an electrically-conductive additive and a thermosetting resin binder subjected to thermosetting, and the active material comprises a sulfur-based positive-electrode active material prepared by heat-treating a starting material comprising a rubber and sulfur under a non-oxidizing atmosphere.

摘要: The present invention is able to provide a method for producing an all-solid-state battery that has a solid electrolyte layer between a positive electrode layer and a negative electrode layer. This method for producing an all-solid-state battery is characterized by comprising: a step wherein a coating liquid is applied to at least one of the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer, said coating liquid containing a solid electrolyte solution, which is obtained by dissolving a solid electrolyte in a solvent, and fine particles which are insoluble in the solid electrolyte solution; and a step wherein the solvent is removed from the applied coating liquid, thereby having the solid electrolyte deposit on at least one of the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a novel sulfur-based positive electrode active material for a lithium-ion secondary battery which is excellent in cyclability and can largely improve a charging and discharging capacity, a positive electrode comprising the positive electrode active material and a lithium-ion secondary battery made using the positive electrode. The sulfur-based positive electrode active material is obtainable by subjecting a starting material comprising a polymer, sulfur and an organometallic compound dispersed in a form of fine particles to heat-treatment under a non-oxidizing atmosphere, wherein the particles of metallic sulfide resulting from sulfurization of the organometallic compound are dispersed in the heat-treated material, and particle size of the metallic sulfide particles is not less than 10 nm and less than 100 nm.

A lithium ion secondary battery comprising a positive electrode having a positive electrode active material layer on a current collector, a negative electrode having a negative electrode active material layer on a current collector, and a separator disposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode and impregnated with a non-aqueous electrolyte solution, the positive electrode active material layer comprising a positive electrode active material and a binder, the negative electrode active material layer comprising a negative electrode active material and a binder, the binder of the negative electrode active material layer comprising a copolymer of vinyl alcohol and an alkali metal neutralized product of ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid, and the separator comprising a polymeric base material containing an inorganic compound or comprising a polymer having a melting point or glass transition temperature of 140° C. or higher.
