    摘要: A heat exchanger including a honeycomb structure having partition walls defining fluid cells extending between inflow and outflow end faces, and inner and outer peripheral walls. A first outer cylinder contacts the outer peripheral wall. A first inner cylinder having inflow and outflow ports for the fluid has an outer peripheral surface that contacts the inner peripheral wall. A second inner cylinder having inflow and outflow ports for the fluid is spaced on a radially inner side of the inner peripheral wall. The inflow port of the first inner cylinder is closer to the inflow end face than the outflow end face in an axial direction of the honeycomb structure. The outflow port of the second inner cylinder is closer to the outflow end face than the inflow end face in the axial direction of the honeycomb structure.

    摘要: A heat exchanger element includes at least two honeycomb structures arranged serially and each including a cell structural portion having cells separated and formed by partition walls containing SiC and functioning as passages which extend from one end face to the other end face and which a first fluid passes through, and an outer peripheral wall disposed on the outer periphery of the cell structural portion. The first fluid passes through the cells of the honeycomb structures without leaking out of the cells or mixing. The cell structural portions of at least a pair of the honeycomb structures adjacent to each other among the honeycomb structures arranged serially are disposed with a gap, and the first fluid passing through the cells mixes together between end faces forming the gap.

    摘要: A heat exchanger includes: a hollow pillar shaped honeycomb structure, a first cylindrical member, a second cylindrical member, a cylindrical guide member, and an upstream cylindrical member. A communication port is provided between the downstream end portion of the guide member and the second cylindrical member or at the guide member. The second cylindrical member has a horn shape in which a diameter of the upstream end portion of the second cylindrical member is increased radially outward. The upstream cylindrical member has a flange portion, and a rising position of the flange portion is located on a more downstream side than the upstream end portion of the first cylindrical member.

    摘要: A heat exchanger according to the present invention includes: a pillar shaped honeycomb structure having a plurality of cells, the cells providing first flow paths through which a first fluid is passed; an inner cylinder attached to an outer periphery of the honeycomb structure; and an outer cylinder disposed on an outer periphery of the inner cylinder, the outer cylinder providing a second flow path through which a second fluid is passed, the second flow path being arranged between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder. The second flow path includes: an intermediate flow path extending in an axial direction of the honeycomb structure so as to include an outer peripheral position of the honeycomb structure; and side flow paths located on both sides of the intermediate flow path in the axial direction. The intermediate flow path has a height lower than that of each of the side flow paths.
