    Abstract: A method of cultivating algal cells of an algae belonging to a class selected from Chlorophyceae, Euglenophyceae, Bacillariophyceae and Haptophyceae includes: irradiating the algal cells with an artificial light having a ratio of (i) photon flux density in a wavelength range of 520-630 nm to (ii) photosynthetic photon flux density, that is 65% or more; and measuring a condition of the algal cells and/or a condition of an algal cell culture provided by cultivating the algal cells. Irradiation and non-irradiation of the algal cells with the artificial light are switched, or the photon flux density in the wavelength range of 520-630 nm is changed, according to the measured condition of the algal cells and/or the measured condition of the algal cell culture.

    Abstract: A lighting control system includes: a light fixture including a first light emitting device configured to emit light having a correlated color temperature in the range of ±500 K from a prescribed value, a second light emitting device configured to emit light having a correlated color temperature in the range of ±500 K from the prescribed value, and an emission controller configured to cause the light fixture to irradiate illumination light by controlling irradiation percentages of the light emitted from the first light emitting device and the light emitted from the second light emitting device; and an information processing apparatus communicably connected to the light fixture, the information processing apparatus comprising a dimming controller configured to change the irradiation percentages of the light emitted from the first light emitting device and the second light emitting device in accordance with a time of day by transmitting dimming instructions.

    Abstract: A light emitting device includes a plurality of oblong flexible substrates, each flexible substrate comprising a sheet-shaped base body and a wiring pattern formed on one face of the base body, and each flexible substrate having a plurality of light emitting sections disposed thereon; a plurality of a reflective layers, each reflective layer being disposed at a periphery of a respective light emitting section above a respective flexible substrate; an insulating reflective sheet made of a light reflecting resin, the reflective sheet having a plurality of through holes located such that the light emitting sections and at least a portion of the reflective layers are exposed via the through holes; and a plurality of adhesive members, each adhesive member adhering a respective flexible substrate to the reflective sheet in regions where the reflective layer is not formed.
