摘要: A medical photometer includes a processor and a memory that stores an instruction readable by a computer. When the instruction is executed by the processor, the medical photometer acquires a first light attenuation of a first light beam that is transmitted through or reflected from a tissue of a living body, and that has a first wavelength, based on a first intensity signal corresponding to an intensity of the first light beam, acquires a second light attenuation of a second light beam that is transmitted through or reflected from the tissue, and that has a second wavelength, based on a second intensity signal corresponding to an intensity of the second light beam, and calculates a light absorber amount that is an amount of a first light absorber in the tissue, based on a ratio of the first light attenuation and the second light attenuation.

摘要: A pulse photometer includes a light emitter, a light detector, a first signal separator that separates a first signal component and a first noise component, a second signal separator that separates a second signal component and a second noise component, a first determining section, a second determining section, and a concentration calculating section that calculates a concentration of a light absorption material in blood of the subject based on a fundamental frequency of the first signal component or a fundamental frequency of the second signal component.

摘要: A biological signal measuring system includes: first and second optical sensors attached to first and second body portions of a subject; a first average oxygen saturation acquiring section acquiring a first average value corresponding to an average value of the first oxygen saturation corresponding to an arterial oxygen saturation in the first body portion in a predetermined time period starting at a first time; a second average oxygen saturation acquiring section acquiring a second average value corresponding to an average value of the second oxygen saturation corresponding to an arterial oxygen saturation in the second body portion in the predetermined time period starting at a second time that is different from the first time; and a difference value acquiring section acquiring a difference value, to be displayed, between the first average value and the second average value.

摘要: A physiological parameter measuring apparatus is configured to perform a screening for a likelihood of the critical congenital heart disease, based on the oxygen saturations at two locations on a body of a patient and the difference between the oxygen saturations, and to display the likelihood as a result of the screening. The physiological parameter measuring apparatus manages, with respect to each patient, a scheduled time for starting the screening, the result of the screening, and information relating to the patient. The physiological parameter measuring apparatus can display a first screen containing information relating to the scheduled time, a second screen for receiving the instruction to perform the screening, and a third screen containing the result of the screening. A physiological parameter measuring system includes sensors to be attached to the body at the two locations, and the physiological parameter measuring apparatus.
