摘要: A medical photometer includes a processor and a memory that stores an instruction readable by a computer. When the instruction is executed by the processor, the medical photometer acquires a first light attenuation of a first light beam that is transmitted through or reflected from a tissue of a living body, and that has a first wavelength, based on a first intensity signal corresponding to an intensity of the first light beam, acquires a second light attenuation of a second light beam that is transmitted through or reflected from the tissue, and that has a second wavelength, based on a second intensity signal corresponding to an intensity of the second light beam, and calculates a light absorber amount that is an amount of a first light absorber in the tissue, based on a ratio of the first light attenuation and the second light attenuation.

摘要: A physiological parameter measuring apparatus is configured to perform a screening for a likelihood of the critical congenital heart disease, based on the oxygen saturations at two locations on a body of a patient and the difference between the oxygen saturations, and to display the likelihood as a result of the screening. The physiological parameter measuring apparatus manages, with respect to each patient, a scheduled time for starting the screening, the result of the screening, and information relating to the patient. The physiological parameter measuring apparatus can display a first screen containing information relating to the scheduled time, a second screen for receiving the instruction to perform the screening, and a third screen containing the result of the screening. A physiological parameter measuring system includes sensors to be attached to the body at the two locations, and the physiological parameter measuring apparatus.

摘要: A patient treatment system includes a ventilation bag, and a monitoring device which is configured so as to be connectable to the ventilation bag. The monitoring device measures the pulse rate derived from the heart rate of a neonate, from signals of ECG electrodes which are connected to the monitoring device. In a case where an abnormality of measurement information of the pulse rate is detected, the monitoring device notifies of first information prompting ventilation by the ventilation bag.
