摘要: A medical photometer includes a processor and a memory that stores an instruction readable by a computer. When the instruction is executed by the processor, the medical photometer acquires an intensity of one of a first intensity signal and a second intensity signal, the first intensity signal corresponding to an intensity of a first light beam that has a first wavelength and that is transmitted through or reflected from a tissue of a living body, and a second intensity signal corresponding to an intensity of a second light beam that has a second wavelength and that is transmitted through or reflected from the tissue of the living body acquires an intensity ratio of the first intensity signal and the second intensity signal, and detects an artifact of the living body based on the acquired intensity and the acquired intensity ratio.

摘要: An index output device for appropriately evaluating the conditions of the patient under anesthesia. An index output device 100 includes an electric stimulation section 170, an acquisition section 180, a calculation section, and an output section. The electric stimulation section 170 is configured to apply an electric stimulus to a living body. The acquisition section 180 is configured to acquire a plurality of physiological responses from the living body in response to the common electric stimulus applied to the living body by the electric stimulation section 170. The calculation section is configured to calculate, from the plurality of responses of the living body acquired by the acquisition section, an index related to a level of muscular relaxation (TOF) and an index related to a level of analgesia (PIR). The output section is configured to output the indexes calculated by the calculation section.

摘要: A physiological information monitoring system for monitoring physiological information on a patient is provided. A first monitor has a first display and a first connector. A second portable monitor has a second display, a second connector, and a signal input unit. A measurement signal of physiological information is input to the signal input unit. The second display unit displays information corresponding to the measurement signal. When the first connector and the second connector are connected, the second display is brought into a non-display status, whereupon the first display displays information corresponding to the measurement signal.
