Abstract: The present invention provides an epoxy resin composition, which is improved in terms of storage stability without deteriorating the characteristics of a cured resin, and is also superior in handling property, by using a curing accelerator having higher latency. The epoxy resin composition of the present invention comprises an epoxy resin, a curing agent, and a curing accelerator, wherein the curing accelerator is a reaction product between a carbodiimide compound and an imidazole compound, and is contained in an amount of 0.1 to 5 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the epoxy resin.

Abstract: A resin composition including a resin having an alcoholic hydroxy group and/or a carboxy group as a crosslinkable group, which exhibits excellent crosslinking reactivity to a polycarbodiimide compound and a polyoxazoline compound even at a low reaction temperature where the resin does not cause discoloration or thermal decomposition; a resin material including the resin composition; and a resin crosslinked body that is a reaction product of the resin composition are provided. The resin composition includes at least one resin (A) containing at least an alcoholic hydroxy group and a carboxy group; at least one crosslinking agent (B) selected from a polycarbodiimide compound and a polyoxazoline compound; and a specific organometallic compound (C). The resin material including the resin composition and the resin crosslinked body are provided.
