Abstract: The waterproof member of the present disclosure includes a waterproof membrane configured to prevent entry of water while permitting sound and/or gas to pass therethrough, and a support layer having air permeability in a thickness direction thereof. The waterproof member has a joining region where the waterproof membrane and the support layer are joined, and a non-joining region where the waterproof membrane and the support layer are spaced apart from each other. The non-joining region is surrounded by the joining region when viewed in a direction perpendicular to a main surface of the waterproof membrane. A thickness of the support layer in the non-joining region is 500 μm or less. A spacing distance between the waterproof membrane and the support layer in the non-joining region is 150 μm or less. An air resistance in an in-plane direction of the support layer is greater than 80,000 seconds/100 mL.

The waterproof member of the present disclosure is, for example, a waterproof sound-transmitting member including a waterproof sound-transmitting membrane and a support layer for the membrane and having improved sound transmission characteristics.

Abstract: The waterproof sound-transmitting member of the present disclosure includes: a waterproof sound-transmitting membrane configured to prevent entry of water while permitting sound to pass therethrough, and a support layer joined to a main surface of the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane. The waterproof sound-transmitting membrane has an air permeability of 10,000 seconds/100 mL or more as expressed by Gurley number, the support layer includes a resin foam material and has a through hole extending in a thickness direction thereof and serving as a path for sound transmitted through the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane, and a side air permeability of the support layer between the through hole and an outer peripheral side surface of the support layer when the support layer is compressed in the thickness direction thereof at a compression ratio of 20% is 0.1 mL/(min·mm3) or more as a value per unit volume of the support layer.

Abstract: A cover member suitable for suppressing damage to a semiconductor device package includes: a cover sheet having a shape configured to cover an object in a state of being placed on a placement face; and an adhesive layer joined to the cover sheet and configured to fix the cover member to the placement face. The adhesive layer includes a double-sided adhesive sheet. The double-sided adhesive sheet has a structure in which a first adhesive agent layer, a substrate, and a second adhesive agent layer are laminated in this order. The substrate has a porous structure. The substrate has a porosity of 30% or more. When the porosity of the substrate is 30% or more and 50% or less, the substrate has an average pore diameter of 10 μm or more, and when the porosity of the substrate is more than 50%, the average pore diameter is 0.05 μm or more.

Abstract: A cover member of the present invention is a cover member to be placed on a face of an object to prevent passage of a foreign matter through an opening of the face, the cover member including: a protective membrane having a shape configured to cover the opening when the cover member is placed on the face; and a first substrate layer joined to one of principal surfaces of the protective membrane. The first substrate layer has a laminated structure including at least two substrate films, and is positioned between the protective membrane and the face when the cover member is placed on the face. The at least two substrate films include a non-foam film and a foam film. The cover member of the present invention is suitable for improving the peelability from a member supply sheet.
