    Abstract: A UE transmits a capability message to an access node in a wireless network, indicating capability corresponding to ML of the UE at a current time instance. The UE receives a configuration message for radio measurements, indicating set(s) of parameters to be measured. The UE receives a configured capability in a message and matches the configured capability with the capability of the user equipment at the current time instance. The UE measures the set(s) of parameters. The UE uses ML to infer value(s) for at least one of the parameters based on the measured set(s) of parameters and based on the received configured capability. The UE reports the inferred value(s) for the at least one parameter. An access node receives the capability message, determines and sends the configuration message and configured capability receives the reporting.

    Abstract: A method, apparatus and computer program product are provided herein to receive, from a source, performance requirements, and cause transmission, to a network, of a request to influence time sensitive communications (TSC) configuration parameters. For example, a method is provided to in response to the request to influence TSC configuration, receive, from the network, network configuration and radio access network (RAN) resource constraints and determine a quality of service (QoS) and the TSC configuration parameters to support a TSC data stream based on the performance requirements received from the source, the network configuration, and the RAN resource constraints. The method is further configured to cause transmission of the determined QoS and the TSC configuration parameters to the network and the source and in an instance the network accepts the determined QoS and the TSC configuration parameters, configure resources for the TSC data stream and continuously support service continuity.

    Abstract: Various communication systems may benefit from improved network management. A method may include receiving an indication of a subset of a cluster of local cells at an ultra-reliable, low latency communications user equipment using multi-connectivity. The method may also include receiving rules for radio performance monitoring, wherein the rules include a packet error rate threshold for individual radio links of the multi-connectivity. In addition, the method may include determining based on the rules and the radio performance monitoring whether to skip the monitoring of one or more cells of the subset of local cells. The skip may be short-term or long term. Further, the method may include communicating to the subset a report based on the radio performance monitoring and whether to skip the monitoring of one or more cells of the subset of local cells.

    Abstract: The use of PUCCH resources can be more efficient such as by sharing PUCCH resources between URLLC UEs and non-URLLC UEs in a controllable way enhanced with a smart deterministic downlink polling when needed. A method comprises receiving, by a user equipment from a network node of a communication network, information comprising a given physical uplink control channel resource instance allocated to the user equipment, wherein the physical uplink control channel resource instance is allocated to more than one user equipment including the user equipment; signaling the network node using an allocated physical uplink control channel resource instance in a given sub-frame; and, receiving polling form the network node, wherein the polling comprises an uplink grant.
