摘要: In an example embodiments, sending, by a remote user equipment (UE) of a source cell, towards a network node of the source cell a measurement report including a candidate relay (CR) list, wherein the CR list includes at least a cell identification for at least one CR UE for an indirect path switching from the source cell to a target cell associated with a CR UE; detecting a change of a serving cell or camping cell of the CR UE from the target cell to another cell based on receiving from the CR UE at least one message that indicates at least one cell identification for the CR UE is different than reported; and based on the detecting, sending an updated measurement report towards the network node triggering renewing a path switch decision or initiating a radio resource control connection re-establishment procedure with the source cell or the target cell.

摘要: Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for remote user equipment direct to indirect path switching in sidelink relay are provided. For example, a method can include receiving, at a user equipment from a network element, a system information block message having an information element to configure monitoring of paging messages at a common paging occasion, which can be configured for user equipment that are in idle or inactive state and that are configured to act as a user-equipment-to-network relay user equipment. The method may also include monitoring a page at the common paging occasion based on the information element. The method may further include sending a random access preamble dedicated to the user equipment in response to the page. The method may additionally include performing a state transition to connected mode only after a response to the random access preamble is received.

摘要: Various communication systems benefit from suitable allocation. For example, system for vehicle to X communication may benefit from semi-persistent resource allocation mechanisms, for example, for uplink semi-persistent scheduling. A method can include configuring at least one main semi-persistent scheduling occasion to a user equipment. The method can also include configuring at least one subsequent semi-persistent scheduling occasion to the user equipment. The at least one subsequent semi-persistent scheduling occasion can depend on usage of the at least one main semi-persistent scheduling occasion.

摘要: One of the embodiments of the present invention relates to a method for controlling a D2D discovery process at a discovering user equipment. The method comprises determining by the discovering user equipment whether discovery information in a discovering message received from a discovered user equipment is sufficient for performing the D2D discovery process or not. In response to a positive result of the determination, the user equipment continues the discovery procedure without involvement of network node, at least by using the discovery information in the discovering message; in response to a negative result of the determination, the user equipment sends a request to a network node for assistance on further discovery information for performing the D2D discovery process, and then receives the further discovery information from the network node. Embodiments of the present invention also provide methods, apparatuses and computer program products.

摘要: Methods, apparatuses, and computer program products are disclosed for implementing recovery from a communication failure. A method includes receiving, by a first user equipment, an indication that a second user equipment has experienced a failure, where the first user equipment and the second user equipment are part of a same device, and where the first user equipment is configured with a first primary reliability group and where the second user equipment is configured with a second primary reliability group; based upon the indication, the first user equipment transmitting to a network equipment a first signal to activate a secondary reliability group for the first user equipment; and receiving, by the first user equipment, a second signal to use the secondary reliability group, where the second signal is at least partially based upon the first signal transmitted from the first user equipment.
