摘要： [Problem]Provided is a wire grip, which has excellent workability for bracing the wire and which can grip a linear object for bracing the wire without applying any excessive load to the linear object.[Solution)The wire grip comprises a stationary-side wire gripping portion provided with a body and having a substantially straight front shape, and a movable-side wire gripping portion arranged to face the stationary-side wire gripping portion and set movable back and forth with respect to the stationary-side wire gripping portion, whereby the linear object can be gripped between the stationary-side wire gripping portion and the movable-side wire gripping portion, wherein a first action portion for moving the movable-side wire gripping portion back and forth and a second action portion connected to the first action portion by a connecting rod are turnably attached at their individual ends to the body, wherein the other end of the first action portion and the other end of the second action portion are turnably attached to one end of the connection rod and an intermediate portion of the connection rod, respectively, wherein the other end of the connecting rod is pulled substantially parallel to the stationary-side wire gripping portion and the movable-side wire gripping portion so that the connecting rod, the second action portion and the first action portion are linked to act to move the movable-side wire gripping portion forward with respect to the stationary-side wire gripping portion.

摘要： The object is to provide an attachment structure that is for attaching a swing member to a first member of an operation tool and can withstand a high load acting on the swing member and to provide a wire gripper having the attachment structure. The attachment structure for attaching a swing member to a first member of an operation tool includes: the first member having a first through hole; the swing member having a second through hole; a first pin member having a shaft portion inserted through the first through hole and the second through hole; a reinforcement member that prevents the first member and the swing member from coming out of the first pin member and supports at least a part of a bending load or a torsional load received by the swing member; and a fixing member that fixes the reinforcement member to the first pin member. A fitting groove is provided in an outer circumference surface of the shaft portion of the first pin member. The reinforcement member includes an insertion portion inserted in the fitting groove and a retaining portion protruding out of the fitting groove. The fixing member fixes the reinforcement member to the first pin member with the reinforcement member being fit into the first pin member.

摘要： A lock structure is constituted of a gear and an engagement/disengagement switching section. The gear is disposed concentric with a turning center of an operating lever. The engagement/disengagement switching section is provided with an engagement pawl such that the engagement pawl can move toward and away from the gear. The engagement pawl is connected to a switching lever to form a substantially T-like shape, and the switching lever is pivotally supported by a body section of the engagement/disengagement switching section. A locking operation of the switching lever switches between the locked state and unlocked state of the operating lever. In an engaged state, a gap having an opening angle of α in a direction in which the operating lever loosens is formed between a tooth groove of the gear and the engagement pawl.

摘要： Provided is a wire gripper which is capable of efficiently supplying a gripping force without inviting an increase in size and weight. A wire gripper grips a sheathed wire which is illustrated by an imaginary line. The wire gripper has a base part which pivotally supports link pieces on the lower side thereof so as to be swingable. The link pieces have ends, respectively, both of which are coupled to an operating arm so as to form a parallel link. Illustrated are an upper gripping body (a first gripping body) and a lower gripping body (a second gripping body), by which the sheathed wire is sandwiched. Of the gripping bodies, the upper gripping body is secured to the base part. The lower gripping body is coupled to the link pieces so as to be retractable from the upper gripping body.
