The frequency synthesizer includes a first control circuit and a second control circuit, the first control circuit having a first variable frequency divider connected between a coupler for extracting a part of an oscillator and a main coil disposed within a magnetic circuit, a first phase detector, a first reference signal generator, a first loop filter and a first coil driving circuit and the second control circuit having a second variable frequency divider connected between said coupler and a sub-coil disposed in said magnetic circuit, a second phase detector, a second reference signal generator, a second loop filter and a second coil driving circuit in order to share the roles in such a manner that the first control circuit controls the fluctuation of the long period frequency, while the second control circuit controls the fluctuation of the short period frequency.

    摘要: A helicopter satellite communication system in which a terrestrial station communication apparatus communicates with a helicopter-mounted communication apparatus via a communication satellite. The terrestrial station communication apparatus includes: an encoder that performs error-correcting encoding of target transmission information; a packet interleaver that divides the encoded information into a plurality of packets and rearranges the packets; and a transmitter that transmits the rearranged packets to the helicopter-mounted communication apparatus. The helicopter-mounted communication apparatus includes: a receiver that receives the packets that are transmitted from the terrestrial station communication apparatus: a packet de-interleaver that rearranges the received packets in the original order; and a decoder that, by decoding the rearranged packets, restores the information that is lost due to the rotor blades of the helicopter.

    摘要: To provide a controller of an automation device in a forging press capable of preventing the occurrence of a phenomenon in which raw materials are progressively transported in a partially lacked state and enhancing forging accuracy productivity, an inlet side transportation device includes a raw material detector for detecting whether a raw material to be supplied to a transfer feeder has been supplied or not and a controller for controlling the feed operation of the transfer feeder. When the controller receives a detection signal indicating that the raw material has supplied from the detector, the controller causes the transfer feeder to perform an ordinary feed operation, whereas when the controller does not receive the detection signal from the detector, the controller temporarily stops the transfer feeder at a waiting position, and when the controller receives a detection signal of a raw material supplied next within the set time of the temporary stop, the controller starts the transfer feeder, whereas when the controller does not receive the detection signal of the raw material within the set time, the controller starts the transfer feeder simultaneously with the finish of the set time.

    摘要: A helicopter-mounted communication apparatus encodes video data at a compression rate based on a percentage of time a transmission beam is blocked by rotor blades. When a number of video packets is less than a specified number, the helicopter-mounted communication apparatus inserts null packets to keep a packet rate constant, then deletes the null packets and attaches additional information to another packet indicating the number of deleted null packets, and after buffering modulates and transmits a signal toward a communication satellite at transmittable-time points. A terrestrial station communication apparatus receives and demodulates the transmitted signal via the communication satellite, generating a packet stream, and based on the additional information included in the generated packet stream, inserts null packets in the packet stream and buffers the packet stream, thereby keeping the packet rate constant, and then separates the video packets from the packet stream and decodes the separated video packets.
